I placed an order over the phone for me and my family. When we arrived home, we opened the lid and found a piece of ribs that looks like it was eaten before; someone's remaining food there was barely meat around the bones. It was obvious that the piece was cooked more than one time and there was barely meat around the bones. As I was looking at it, I noticed a piece of plastic attached onto the rib. Customer service was horrible.. We called and asked for the manager, and once we told him the story and he gave no reaction we told him we would give him a bad review. His response was, word for word, “do whatever you want, I don’t care.”

We have always ordered from this place and the food is always good but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here anymore. We ordered our food over the phone to pick up and they told us 25min over the phone. We arrived 40 min later to give them time to prepare the food because they never prepare it on time. But as we arrived the food was still not ready. My husband simply asked one of the girls that worked there by the name of “ASHLEY” why is it taking so long if they told us 25 min over the phone. She proceeded to be nasty and even cursed at my husband. He asked for the manager and told him is it acceptable for your employees to behave this way to customers and he didn’t say anything he just sent her to the back room. Honestly I don’t care how good the food is in a restaurant if they have employees that behave in this manner in any establishment it will not prosper. They will no longer get our business sad to say. They need to fire that girl by the name of Ashley and I advice anyone that wishes to have great customer service not to go there because you won’t get it.

I got an order for pick up, beef ribs the food was really bad it tasted and looked like left overs it was burnt also, they had the worst manager and staff they didn't care about the complain

Placed a large taco order for my brother-in-law's birthday this past weekend && the food was AMAZING! Everyone at the party was raving about how fresh and tasty they were & with red and green sauce to appeal to all levels of spiciness. Across the board owner and staff are great people and very nice. They called me as soon as my tacos were ready and when i arrived they were very helpful to load up my car. Long story short you need great food this is the place!

This is my favorite spot to eat when I am in Plainfield NJ. The ribs are soft and packed with favors. The rice and black beans pair so well together. Nothing is over salted but the perfect balance of flavor. Best part is it is budget friendly. The prices are very fair and you get a lot of food.

When I tell you the food melts in your mouth OMG I'm not playing with you I always go there and get a fat girl plate and I eat it all by myself

Didn't like the stake there, lots of nerves and chewy.. definatelly a chicken place would go back again but not for stake. .

Very large amount of food for the money. Have a knowledge in Spanish this will assist with orders but it isn’t a requirement, they have horchata! Some of the best I have tasted in the eastern seaboard!

First time I called he said I should order min 80,00 to delivery. I did, because I have guest and didn’t mind. Second time I called again already expecting they will ask for 80,00 order BUT NOT. He said need to be 100,00 now. And the reason is because I’m 15min distance from them. Unbelievable. This is the problem of some business, they try to get advantage when they found a good opportunity. The food was good but now they lost a client.

The lady that takes orders over the phone is rude. Went to pick up my food yesterday after a dilemma with them delivering my food and she was still rude in person.

I placed an order for delivery from this place,they charge you extra if you reqyest pkates and forks,i guess we have to kearn how to eat with oyr hands ....never will order from it again.The food was not great. It tasted like leftiver from previous day.

They charge a fee for using a credit/debit card. They should tell you that when the order is placed 😒
