Worst experience in customer service in my life. There is a CVS across the street, just go there. Rudist people I have ever met. Refused to answer my questions and then yelled at me for asking and told me that I was not smart enough to understand his answer. When I tried to speak to someone else I got the same treatment and yelled at again. All the while I was holding my toddler. I think they just hate Americans. To top it all off there were insects on the counter. Disgusting. I have gone there three times to try and support local small business and have been made to feel the same way. I will never go back. They have no right being in business and treating people that way. Maybe that's how things are done in Pakistan or wherever they are from but not in the USA.

I try and do everything possible to support local businesses but this pharmacy has made it impossible. I don't mind paying a little extra because I understand these pharmacies can't afford to match chain pharmacy prices. This pharmacy has recently taken this to an entirely different level. Within months the prices of my medication have double or tripled here and nowhere else. They also have extra rules and regulations that other pharmacies do not have. I want to support local but not if its going to have a that big of an impact on my wallet. The worst part is the woman who works there. In the four years I've come here I don't remember her always being like this. She struggles to understand basic questions and constantly seems confused. It's frustrating because if you ask her something she just give you this blank stare. She can tell the pharmacist your question and leave out the main part because she doesn't understand what part is important. The pharmacist once charged me the wrong price and I questioned it and she gave me a black stare and a shrug. I argued( which I hate doing because it makes me look like I am addicted to prescription drugs when I am only concerned about price). Still I have no other choice when the price is so high I am paying partly out of pocket and she insists that the price until I have embarrassed myself then she will ask and tell me she was wrong in an almost smug way? She is constantly doing things like this. Even though she consistently misspeaks on his behalf she does not learn from it and she continues to speak for the pharmacist without doubt. Does she not understand the life and death situation of prescription drugs. For liability reasons I would be worried if I was the owner of the place. She can't comprehend that a medication costing hundreds more than it should is most likely on the pharmacies part. She should know medication prices don't jump around like that. Again even when she sees the mistake she will be no more likely to double check a price on the first request of a patient. She also flat out lies very often and I think the pharmacist should be concerned about this as well especially when she is stating that the lie is something he said. I am a grown man and she tells me the most outrageous lies but Ive started to see she doesn't see how outrageous they are.

I used to go there prior to them moving to 2nd ave. Great place....when I walk in I get greeted and asked if they can help... The always help me any way they can. They help me to get the items I am looking for and always try to save me money on my health items..ie on sale, etc. One day while I had to wait they offered me a coffee free.... always pleasant on every visit. Never a problem. Order things I want and receive them quickly... Never had any problems there.....unlike CVS where I stopped going for almost 2 years due to a rude manager.

Love Mike....but the other pharmacist(the owner) is rude and makes people wait while he is in his little corner playing on his phone or smoking cigarettes out back.

1 Star is generous. I’m 21 and they tried to scam me by charging me more. Basically my coupon allowed me to get my prescription for 40$ less without insurance but said my insurance covered more (when it did not). Not only did they charge me more with my insurance than other places without my insurance, they walked away when I tried asking why. I had the coupon company call them and the woman told me they hung up on her three times as she was talking. Very rude and very disrespectful. Told me I didn’t understand how the coupon company worked calling them a gimmick even after I told him I’ve used them for years. I have never had an issue anywhere else. They took advantage of me and will no longer have my business nor my families.

I went here because of my insurance coverage and it was close to home but I have been given the wrong medications, they lose my refills, they have given me someone else's prescriptions, and they don't follow doctors instructions. I luckily have caught all their mistakes over the times but I had to transfer out because I had enough and then they refused to transfer my scripts to cvs. Please don't go here unless you want mistakes and headaches!
