I agree with the customers who shared the poor customer service experience. I walked into the store in the early evening today, and all three associates were busy helping other customers. I walked around and made eye contact but was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone at any point. All associates looked annoyed. After standing there for 10 minutes, one of the customers finally left. At that point, I approached an associate, who told me there was a line, and I had to sign in. I politely said I had been standing there unacknowledged for 10 minutes and left. What a shameful way to treat your customers. This store’s poor customer service is not reflective of the experience Pandora usually provides elsewhere.

There’s an associate who helped me, didnt catch her name, she has blue hair and wears glasses. She obviously needs to go back to elementary math class. I was trying to ask her if the silver snake bracelet comes in one size bc the website only has a size of 11inch…first she saids they only go by cm and they are 16cm and the bracelet only comes in one size. So I asked her what is 11inch in cm? Then she said 27cm. Obviously I was confuse…so how are they the same bracelet? She said it’s different conversions…like I was the stupid one. If 11in equals 27cm how can it be the same bracelet as the 16cm. She got frustrated bc I ask questions, which makes me feel that she just want me to pay and so she can get her commission. She’s obviously not listening to what I want instead trying to sell me what she likes. The whole time I kept my smile when I ask the questions and my tone was very nice. On the other hand She roll her eyes and kept on tsk tsk at me…then ask her manager to helped me. I would’ve given this review a negative 5 star if it wasn’t for the manager. She was helpful I completed my purchase in 5 minutes. The manager’s service was a 5 star. Either train your staff to be more competent or at least try not to roll their eyes in front of your customers.

Received unprofessional service today from Antonia ("Nina"on her name tag) at the Pandora in the Short Hills Mall. Needed to return a bracelet that was too large for the recipient and make it store credit. Nina kept rolling her eyes and smirking about the return with one of her colleagues. I almost wanted to ask Nina if she had a problem. Pandora, you need to train your sales people to have some basic manners or at minimum, hire individuals who display some maturity.

I can't stay the hell out of this place! Really cute and affordable jewelry! I want everything in the store. I love it there and the staff is very knowledgable of the products and very helpful!

If you want to return something they don't let you return for your money back or put it back on your card. And if you want to exchange something they make you pay more money then you spent the last time. Beware Pandora. If you have someone who REALLY loves a piece of jewelry from Pandora, that's the only way I'll get something from here ever again* no more gifts from here..

The sales woman was very nice and helpful. However it did take quite a long time to get in and out with my mom's birthday gift. The associates nails were so long and she had trouble putting the bracelet together and wrapping the gift. Overall a good shopping experience!

When they get Busy the Service SUCK!! You would feel like you are being Rush into buying what you don't want to buy. The store small and you barely can't move around when its packed inside. Overall you would be betta off to Purchase Online and pick up at any store locations that available.. you can Also exchange with receipts present. The WORKERS Never Suggest to OPEN An Pandora Card & They don't Never Mentioned if they have One!!!

I love Pandora but this location has a staff that could be a bit more customer friendly 😞

My wife and I stopped by this location in January to get advice on a bracelet that kept breaking, and to resize my wife to make sure we had the right size. The staff was kind and informative with answering questions. They made me realize that the bracelets might not have been authentic, and in addition told us the kind of band to get with more give to avoid breakages. We did not purchase the replacement bracelet there as it was not available in stores, but even with that we are grateful to the staff in how they were a huge help for us. I cannot remember their names this far after the fact, but if management is reading they were the closing shift on 1/13 and deserve some sort of recognition.

If i could not give a star i would i only gave one cause you have too I Went into pandora in short hills on October the 4 between 3:30 and 4 to purchase some charms an the customer service was disgusting. One sales person was fixing her eyelashes and was putting prices tags on charms, we stopped right in front of her asked her some questions not one time did she respond, and the only one that spoke was at the register she answered the question from across the store the employee that work here need to have a class on interaction with the public cause clearly they have none. If it was not for the young lady in the back of the store at the counter yelling across the store too help noone would of answered my question. They didn't even show or offer to came too show us any charms, we never had eye contact, the fact that it was ok too them was appalling to me and the one fixing her eyelashes never put the mirror down. i would not expect this type of unprofessiona behavior at pandora

The Pandora at the Short Hill Mall was exceptional. “DJ” Sales Lead was extremely helpful. She was informative, attentive and knowledgeable about the jewelry. My wife and I selected two pieces to get engraved and DJ helped us with the whole process and even told us how she had learned to tweak the engraving process to throw in an extra line. My wife also grabbed an extra ring and DJ continued to make the experience personal and professional. Overall she made the experience personal and memorable. 10/10 I would definitely come back. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, they were not pushy at all like most other jewelry stores. If you are in the area definitely stop in and ask for DJ.

First let me say I don't normally write reviews at all but the service I received at your Short Hills Mall location was excellent ....Stacey's customer sevice skills are excellent ....she helped me with a Valentines gift for my wife ...she took her time and was very patient with me. I was so impressed I told all the guys at work to go and see her the next time they need something for their wives ....She needs to be commended you don't often see great customer service in retail these days ....Thank you very much I'll definitely be back

Thank yo so much JUSTIN!!!!! My experience at Pandora Woodbridge mall was extremely horrible. its always about the money at that location. I returned my purchase of over $380.00 due to manager attitude over a $15.00 cleaning product.. Never again will i walk in that location.....As soon as I walked into Pandora at Short Hill Mall Justin was nice, attentive, respectful and willing to show me different product... Thanks to Justin, my Daughters 21st birthday was a hit with her gifts... Once I left the store, I called my daughter and explain to how my experience was at Short Hill Mall.. Later that day my daughters boyfriend went to the same location and spent over $500.00... Once again, THANK YOU JUSTIN see you soon

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to write about my wonderful experience at the Short Hills Pandora location. Rachel helped me during October to purchase a couple of charms as gifts. I ended up leaving the store with the perfect gifts, as well as a few rings for myself and a pair of earrings for myself, both which Rachel helped me choose. I never wanted any Pandora for myself, but now I have a whole wish list. Normally I find shopping to be such a drag, but Rachel made it fun with her enthusiasm and humor, and simple with her product knowledge and useful suggestions. I left the store knowing that I spent more than I intended to, but got exactly what I wanted. In the past I took my business from location to location, but in the future I will only be shopping at Short Hills.

Had a very pleasant experience here and the young lady who assisted me was so attentive. She made gift suggestions that were a big hit!!
