This is an amazing company and I will definitely will be a customer for life. I came in with a broken handle on my carry-on luggage in which I was in a bind to have fixed as soon as possible given a series of work trips I have scheduled over these next several weeks. Although they had +20 pieces of luggage to fix that morning, Al graciously took a look at my carry-on and fixed it right then and there and I was out of the shop in no time. While waiting for my bag to be repaired, I walked around the shop and was amazed on the wide selection of luggage they have available from the major luggage brands. I’m definitely coming back when I need to buy a new piece of luggage.

I had a great experience using Square Luggage to repair my Rimowa Topas aluminum luggage. My bag was in rough shape when it went in but when I picked it up it looked amazing! As you can see in the before and after photos, great care was taken when repairing my bag. Even some of the dents were pushed out! The price was very fair for the work that was done (wheel assembly repair, two new locks, frame misalignment) and I am very impressed with the work and attention to detail. Albert has been so helpful and upfront about everything relating to the repairs. I highly recommend going here to get your Rimowa or any other luggage repaired!

Had my wheel on my suitcase snap off after my United flight and was able to get it replaced. Chose this location from their list as they offer FedEx pickup which is super convenient. Customer service was great as there were some issues with my pickup and drop off address and they were able to address it quickly. Service was also very prompt and I am so happy about my new wheel! This is an excellent company. I was directed to Square Luggage when my Eagle Creek Carry-On bag had a problem with extending the telescoping handle. The warranty claim process referred me to Square Luggage. Steve, in the repair department was great. Repair parts were supposed to come from Eagle Creek who had undergone an ownership change. Repairs were delayed because of supply change issues, Long Beach terminal backlog, etc. After a couple of months of no progress, Steve reached out to Eagle Creek and obtained a new replacement bag for me. So great to work with American company that has been in business for over 70 years. Definitely consider this company for a new luggage purchase or repair needs.

Excellent service! I brought them a damaged carry-on Suitcase that has a lifetime warranty for repairs or replacement. When I dropped it off, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. And then even though they told me that they had received something like 35+ suitcases that same morning, all in need of repair (thereby making their repairs staff very busy), my suitcase arrived at my front door completely and beautifully repaired, in just 2.5 weeks! Extremely happy with their service. March 2022.

For any of u that might have a need - I found this place (the ONLY place that came up un a search of NJ/Philly) that offered to repair hardside luggage/instrument cases. Very happy after I had used my particular luggage only once and the airport destroyed the latch. They mentioned they have a process to fix hardside case cracks too. Great price and service!

I recently had a bad baggage handling experience when United Airlines broke off one wheel of my new suitcase. I chose to accept a repair from United, which concerned me, but I could not be happier with the result. It turns out the repair place, Square Luggage, is a factory authorized repair center for MANY brands. The new wheel looks exactly like the old one and I cannot tell which one was fixed. Amazing service!!!! Brought my mom’s Paris design bag to fix zipper. Zipper was fixed very promptly, same day , as my mom was traveling the next day. In addition, they fixed a small rip on the sim without even telling me, very humble. Not charging me extra for the sim or same day service. Thank you!!!!

I went to Square Luggage because United Airlines broke the telescopic handle on my Italian brand tools box. I spoke directly with the shop owner, who was very friendly and professional. When I returned home, I received the email that my tools box was ready for delivery back to my home. When I received it, the repair was perfect. Shipped my luggage here for a lock and pull broken and one day repaired. Wimowa luggage isn't cheap so definitely worth fixing. This business is definitely great to deal with in a 3 day turnaround.

I enjoyed stopping by the store during an east coast drive, dropping off two bags for repairs, and was delighted that the bags were returned renewed the next week! I had a wonderful customer service experience at Square Luggage! I had a relatively new roll-aboard that had a broken handle, that I had originally purchased in Europe. It was probably out of warranty, but too new to throw away. Took it to Square Luggage, and Donna quickly and efficiently got me sorted! It's like new, and was shipped back to my doorstep so fast, I really couldn't believe it. Will absolutely go back if I need luggage or service in the future. I discover this fine business when United Airlines damaged a bag and they has me send it there. Wow. Fast, friendly and they did great work. I rounded up several other bags that had various damage but were just too well made to discard. Double WOW. This time I was paying for it and I have to say - again, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK, VERY REASONABLE PRICES. They even fixed one bag at no charge because the repair took him no time but he took a useless bag (the handle extension button was broken) and made it work again. He didn't have to but they really are interested in the relationship with the customer. I really was just blown away at how they took care of me. They're fantastic. A well deserved review. They also sell luggage and they have earned me as a client there next time I need to purchase.

Sent in an Eagle Creek bag I've had for 13+ years. Had a list of things needing repair. These folks did a fine job with all of them, especially a zipper repair at a corner. Eagle Creek honored their 'no matter what, lifetime guarantee' and I didn't have to pay for anything but initial shipping.

Bought luggage here 20 years ago and the service was great. Moved away and had 10 year old Eagle Creek bags purchased elsewhere and a wheel broke so we mailed it back to the Eastern US service center for Warranty repair. We had our repaired bag, looking as good as new, back to our house 6 days after mailing it to Square Luggage. Excellent service!
