    This is one of the favorite kids restaurants. They love kids meal as well as the playground inside the restaurant. The fact that Chick-fil-A supports Christian values just adds more confidence the restaurant will be very prosperous in the Bothell area.

    Worst experience every. Who every the lady catering manager is should be fired. She literally didn't want to give me the food I paid for and was missing after 10 minute drive home then back to the store. This is the third time in a row that this same store messed up my order. I literally was called a liar over missing cheese. Where is the customer service. The lady stated she couldn't give me my items because it would ruin her stores budget. One word, "WOW". If I could give less than 1 star I would. See pic for the no cheese.

    This is the worst Chick-fil-A. Our orders are constantly wrong in the same ways every time. They are slow and when we point out their mistakes they are insincere and the "fix" is half hearted.

    Came here during a drive down from Vancouver at night for a late dinner. Friendly staff and delicious. Haven’t had it for 5 years but it remains one of my favorite fast food places. The seasonal honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich was delicious. Always enjoy their shakes too.

    Chick-Fil-A at Bothell, Canyon Park is a very good place to dine in as well take out or delivery. The Spcy Sandwich is very good. The Spcy Dlx also very good. Their milk shake is so good. Children love their meals. The slogan is often seen in advertisements featuring sign-wearing cows. According to Chick-fil-A's, the cows have united in an effort to reform American food, in an effort to reduce the amount of beef which is eaten.

    I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A today. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a breakfast sandwich, even though I arrived after the breakfast hours had ended. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly made my day, I made the order online but because of the long line I wasn’t able to arrive on time, however they made me the sandwich. I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service I received. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for your kindness and excellent customer service!

    Been going here since the opened and also worked here. I don’t know why they gave me a drink that was 90% ice, I literally took 6 sips before I finished it. Service was fine but I only got a soda and fries and I got no dang soda.

    The love chicken quality and waffles are too good 😋😋 I recommend you to order chicken strips instead of chicken nuggets and Cobb salad ( incl bacon) Enjoyed a lot 😍😋😋😋😋😋😋

    Mostly I had good experience with this location but today they lit a fire. Ordered meal for kids as pickup at restaurant. Upon arrival at parking lot clicked I'm here and received receipt at time 6:03pm. Since I had kids in the vehicle periodically checked inside for order but after 10 minutes waited with kids as app will notify me. By 6:23pm the app was still saying food is being processed. Went inside and saw two bags with my name on it but drinks missing. Talked to a black shirt that I was waiting for 20 minutes but app indicate still being processed. She said the app cannot be trusted and my order is complete as there were bags with my name was on the mobile order shelf. Informed her I saw the bag but my order was yet to be complete as my drink was missing. She checked and apparently my coffee cannot be served as they have not brewed any coffee. When coffee was done she placed it on the mobile order shelf with no apology even though I was standing next to it. If I was going to get McDonald's service then charge McDonald's price. Over twenty minute wait with very hungry kids at a FAST FOOD establishment is unacceptable especially with no sense of accountability by the staff.

    Family friendly, clean establishment; whether you dine in or order takeout. Crew is attentive and the food is good. I recommend the Spicy Chicken no sauce no butter, makes the flavor pop and the mouth water.

    I haven't ever had an incorrect order or unpleasant employees. The line was long today - usually there are staff outside taking orders and there aren't today. But it's okay, every other time I've been to this location I've received my order quickly. I love the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and the cool wrap. :)

    I started with a good experience dining with my toddler eating kids meal and playing in their indoor playground. The staff name Christian was friendly and helpful. The food is always great. My picky child enjoyed their little nugget and their waffle fries. Love it that they have a sticker mat for their table and individual hand sanitizer for the kids. We played a little bit and then my child wanted to have an ice cream. So I’m thinking I’ll try their app because we want to stay seated so I can be with my child and they can just bring the foods to us. So I download the app and order the ice cream cone. Waited for 20 minutes but the order didn’t come. I had to go to the cashier and asked them. Three people didn’t know about my order although it was also confirmed in the email that it went through and placed 20 minutes earlier. They finally found the order and gave me the ice cream with no apology. There’s so many staff in there. I can’t believe they missed it I was there at the restaurant all of those times. I’m disappointed. Waiting for 20 minutes entertaining a toddler who’s done with the playground is a lot of effort and work. I thought the order is going to be there 2-6 minutes as what the app said. But it wasn’t. I don’t know how long it would take if I don’t even go there to ask. For now, I don’t recommend the app. I don’t know if it’s actually worth downloading and keeping.

    While my past year at the Bothell Chick-fil-A has generally been positive, the last two visits were disappointing. On the first occasion, they missed the three tenders, i tried to talk the employees to compensate me and they refused, saying “call management” like I had time for that. While today's experience was marred by abnormally cold food and flavorless hard fries that were also cold. Hoping for improvement in the future to regain the consistent quality I've come to expect.

    Went here a few times for breakfast on my way to work. Brenden is so friendly and made me feel like he really was excited to serve others. Love his attitude and joy. I'm also in the military, and my unit and I come in regularly and love the place, it's never too crowded, and service is friendly and fast. I still gave this place 5 stars, but today was kinda sad, here's what happened: I went in, the employee I had mentioned previously was not the main server, although the guy at the window was great. I ordered a kale crunch side salad and the salad didn't have dressing on it, was not mixed, and I had a reward for it and I ended up paying full price for everything. Not sure what happened :( would definitely come back though, cause mistakes happen and I understand that, especially after working in the food industry for as long as I have previously.

    I had a very pleasant experience. The young man who served me through the drive-thru was extremely tall and had a fantastic personality and was much of a character as his height is. Everyone was wearing a smile here it looked as though everyone was happy and could be ready to take on any challenge of the day. The food was as usual exceptional the best chicken I've ever had fortunately the line was not all that long at this time in the morning about 9:30 a.m. . They did serve only breakfast at that time so I had to make a quick decision and decided to go with the four sliders which was little more similar to a lunch rather than a breakfast. I had the lemonade and ice cream mix it was ridiculously awesome. Who would have thought to mix some lemonade and ice cream and it'd be really really really good!

    Pretty good overall, and the food is consistently great but lately they've been messing up more on our orders and not doing great with fixing it. Maybe it's just the newer staff but all I know if they don't seem to have reasoning skills for how to apply good customer service after they've messed up. Make sure to pay close attention to when they repeat your order and then physically check in every container if it's correct before leaving the parking lot and check your receipt. Then your good, lol.

    Went to get a meal today through driveway. They forgot the chicken in my sandwich. I called and told them but they are not very willing to help out. Next time u drive away make sure check if everything is there. It looks like everything is there but make sure open the box and check the middle. I put my photos below.

    Compared to others, this is the best chick fill A. Always tasty and quick. Sometimes staff make not serious mistakes though, but still much less than other stores. The best fast food for this price

    I recently had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A and I'm more than happy to give them a 5-star review! The atmosphere is fantastic, creating a welcoming and friendly environment that's perfect for enjoying a meal. I also appreciate how wheelchair-friendly Chick-fil-A is. I visited with a friend who uses a wheelchair, and we had no trouble navigating and enjoying our time there. And, of course, the food was outstanding. The chicken strips were a highlight, with their crispy and flavorful goodness. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both quality and inclusivity, making it a top choice for a delicious and accommodating dining experience.

    Line inside and drive thru are always long but they do a good job of speeding things up by having an employee(s) outside standing in the drive thru line with tablets letting you tell them your order and preparing it inside rather than waiting to order once you reach the voice box. It really keeps the long lines moving rather quickly.

    They built a cover for the drive thru that has heaters and fans so the workers don’t have to wear those silly cone suits. Looks great and I’m sure the employees appreciate it. They are always fast and efficient considering the traffic. Food is good and order is always right.

    And the food is pretty good. The workers are ready to go home and the atmosphere is not lively. I wish a fast food chain would create a culture instead of just a place you have lunch that’s something that I could get five stars behind.

    I don't understand the obsession. All the food was old and cold. My chicken filets and nuggets were old and cold. The waffle fries were stale old. The chik fila sauce has turned colors. The staff just walked past me, while I'm waiting 10 min for my online order that is supposed to be ready. They are just like other fast food places to me, with slightly better quality maybe. I probably won't be back.

    No Cfa sauce packs or the 8oz Cfa sauce I paid, no almonds for kale salad, only half box kale salad and looks like someone already opened it. Worst Cfa experience ever.

    Nice place with tasty chicken and awesome salads. Quick service but periodically they forget some items: either do not include something in the order or forget to put it in the bag. One time I even contacted them about missing items so they let me get those next time without paying + a brownie on top as an apology.

    I will preface this review by saying that I love Chick-fil-A. It has been one of my go-to restaurants since the Alderwood one first opened up several years back. This location, however, constantly has issues. We've had several situations which included: (1) Received an incorrect order but were already home and couldn't get it corrected. (2) Waited over 10 minutes for a pickup order and upon receiving, the order was incorrect (then tried to scrape off the topping to trick us instead of remaking, which added more time). (3) Being ignored by staff or scoffed at for requesting our order be corrected. This included the franchise owner who walked right past us! The most recent time(s) has been sub-par chicken minis (which are usually DELICIOUS). These are over $5 for a 4-count, and the last two times have been very disappointing. Overdone bread, poor excuses for chicken, and messy right out of the box (see photo). The honey butter glaze is the best part and you couldn't even tell it was on there (if it was at all). Soooo not worth over $5. We've complained to this location for many instances but we've been met with a refusal to acknowledge issues and to offer solutions. The Lynnwood and Totem Lake locations are FAR SUPERIOR in customer service and management, offering some sort of deal/promo as an apology for the issue. No such thing from Bothell. We no longer trust to-go orders from this location and will either triple check everything or just eat there so issues can be resolved. The standards for Chick-fil-A are higher than this. Whenever possible, we choose the Alderwood and Totem Lake locations instead of Bothell.
