Worst receptionist ever...doesnt know how to talk to customers and too much attitude. Went for threading and the people are too arrogant and kept on saying 2-3 hours for threading. Had similar experience thrice here. Once when i called for facial and waxing they were open only when we ask for threading they have got issues.chose even one star because there is no option for no stars...worst worst receptionist ever.

Impeccable service with regard my gel nail art, Sultana is really, REALLY good. Also, Lucky is perfect for a great, perfect pedicure. Totally hooked, might not go elsewhere since the standard of work is so fantastic!!

Gel nail polish application was a blooper. On the very day of application, 2 nails lost the polish. I was told that they would redo and rectify, but time is of essence. I will update this review, possibly with a better rating once it's fixed

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this beauty parlour. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM for a groom’s facial, but the staff mistakenly sent me for a low-standard pedicure instead. The personnel working on me seemed inexperienced, and to make matters worse, the individual attending to me was not feeling well. By 12 PM, the pedicure was finally completed, and I had to wait until 12:30 PM, but they still hadn’t started the facial. This level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

We had received an excellent service from Naturals Salon, Capitol Mall, Kannur. Bunu had done an amazing job in her service especially facial and hair spa. She was very patient, polite and friendly and has very good skills. Would definitely recommend her in all my future services. This is just the best salon in Kannur so far. I recently visited this place with my mother and husband, and unfortunately, the experiences were horrible. During my mother's visit, she ended up with a bald patch on her eyebrows while getting it shaped. The staff's response to this issue was dismissive, suggesting she cover it up with a brow pencil, which left us feeling disappointed. Despite this, I decided to give the salon another chance during a visit with my husband. However, the quality of service did not improve. I opted for a face wax, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with the process, leaving numerous patches of hair untouched. I had to point out each omission, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I strongly recommend you to not offer such services that your staff may not be adequately trained for. Additionally, my husband had a beard trim that resulted in another disaster due to inexperienced staff. Although they acknowledged their mistake, it would be beneficial to ensure the competence of your team before offering such services. I would say this is the worst branch of ‘Naturals’ and you are spoiling the brand name.

Had a great experience in Naturals with a special shoutout to Bunu. She took good care of me and did her best work! I would totally recommend everyone to ask for Bunu when you go to naturals because undoubtedly she is the best and clearly knows whats best for your skin and hair!!!

Polite staff but Horrible Horrible place to get your nails done. I did my acrylic nails few days back for my special day and it looks just terribly uneven and filled with air bubbles. Due to time constraint I'm stuck with it for all my event. Very upsetting

I went into naturals to have my haircut. It was my first time there, and to be quite honest I was a bit apprehensive. After showing the hairstylist the picture of the hair I wanted, I just sat back, wondering how my hair will turn out and this is something I do during every haircut. I must say, the hairstylist Sancila was so sweet and good with her hands. By the time she was done, even I was surprised at how my hair turned out. I never had such a satisfactory haircut before. I was smiling ear to ear and couldn't stop saying how much I love it and I thanked her all the way. I am so glad I went there for my haircut and thankful that Sancila was my stylist.

Went there by seeing 4+ ratings but in realistic it was unhygienic and bad service. Went there for a haircut.. starting from wash basin to wash your hair was old with some hair clumps of previous customers still in it..combs and towels were dirty as well. Stylist was also demeaning in her talk as in “how do you even manage your hair.. its so thin and gets tangled” and was busy promoting products and services rather than giving a good haircut. They keep pushing for some higher end waxes compared to normal ones and when I insisted they came back telling they do not have normal wax. I felt it was a gimmick to pay/opt for the flavoured/higher priced ones. Never coming back here for sure.

One of the best salons in the town.. 2nd floor of capitol.. Idle space for kids, gents and ladies.. It's good to go there with a pre booking otherwise you have to wait...

Mr. Avinash did a really good job with my kid’s haircut. He did exactly how I told him and made my kid comfortable, he was giggling throughout 😁 Mr. Shanawas did my kid’s trim and he did it as I wanted it.

I had one of the best experience at Naturals Kannur. My hair was so frizzy before i came here. Akash who is one of the stylist at Natural adviced me to get a Keratin Treatment done. Which improved my hair condition. So big thanks to Naturals and especially Akash. Naturals will be my first choice for Hair styling in kannur. Do book an appointment before you visit the place. I would give a 5 star ⭐️ rating

The Worst haircut I ever had.The stylist didn’t even know how to cut or style hair properly.The reference pic I had shown and the results were drastically different.Instead of accepting that it was her mistake, the stylist continued to argue that I was at fault.
