    Barra beach is ok. There are a lot of lodges and it’s ok if you are fine with staying at the lodge and not going anywhere. The beach itself is beautiful and there are activities to do. There is just no real night life, local market is small and you have to drive a bit for groceries.

    Great holiday. Friendly people, beautiful beaches. Palm trees white sands. Informal pubs and restaurants, a very informal rustic holiday.
