Fantastic place to stay in Tofo. We drove around and looked at other options and they pale into insignificance. Well managed. Definitely hands on owners. Found them finalizing rooms and checking cleaners each day. Breakfast amazing. View insane. Bit of a walk to the beach but OMG what a beach. Casa na Praia nearby offers feet in the sand dining. Sumi Japanese restaurant blows the mind. Whether pretty cool for mid summer. Rooms spacious and decent fridges. Beds perfect with oversized top of the range linen which is SO appreciated. Well done staff and owners!

We stayed for 17 nights, brilliant staff, great cooking and the energetic family vibe is noticeable in the house. great pool area. I can recommend strongly !

We stayed for About I week in mid June 2019 for a birthday celebration., The hotel was better than our expectations, excellent rooms with on suite beautifully kept. And the food cooked by Seigro and John and Maria ( I think Seigro was the main man). Was out of this world. I had Baracuda which was cooked to perfection. A view to die for over the Ocean. Also thanks to Chuva and Adraino they made the stay and packing away complete. I and my family would definitely come again when we visit Piri dive school again. 5 stars. Casa Do Mar is perfect, if i ever find myself in Inhambane, this will be the place i will stay. I love it and love the wounderful Ocean view from my room. Without forgetting the wounderful hospitality from the hotel attendants. Its a perfect place for a vacation.

Absolutely amazing, 5 stars all round. I Cann simply not criticize a single thing. My daughter loved the breakfast pancakes, so that she demanded it for supper aswell. Chefs made her fresh pancakes 🥞 every evening. Food extremely well priced, and value for money.

What a home away from home! We went to see Jakkie from Casa do Mar only to book a fishing charter, however after meeting with him and his friendly staff, we booked a weeks accommodation at his Casa as well. Massive rooms with spectacular views of the pool and beach. We were treated like royalty - walked in as strangers, soon became friends and left as family. The most amazing meals prepared by his wonderful chefs, clean laundry every day, no requests to big to fulfill! Jakkie and his staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and part of their Casa do Mar family. If fishing is your thing, i would also reccomend a fishing charter - we went on two charters. Jakkie went out of his way to make sure we didn't leave empty handed and the chef did an amazing job at preparing our catch of the day. When visiting Tofo, i can not recommend a better place to stay. We will 100% be back!

Exceptional in every regard. Even though we live just around the corner, we will definitely be back for another breakaway weekend.
