Excellent service. Clean and well equipped. And the stuff is very friendly. It will certainly be one of the best clinics in Maputo, especially in the care of patients who need to undergo Hemodialysis.

The hospital is nice and clean. however, I was not satisfied with the reception staff. they act like you're getting information by force. they're not very helpful. normally, they gave me an appointment themselves, but when I went at the appointment time, they said that I did not have an appointment, that the doctor was not at the hospital. this indifference is really tiring. I waited 30 minutes for the doctor. then, while I was waiting to get the result, I was late for my appointment, which was elsewhere. I think they should be more orderly when it's such a nice hospital...

Once you get past the front desk, the clinic is amazing. However, both Grace and Sandra at the front desk are difficult to deal with. I went for a COVID rapid test 6 months and had to fight with the front desk attendants to be given the test. They would not believe that I could use a rapid test to travel to the USA. However, when they finally relented the nurse was delightful and the results were rapid and affordable. My wife just went today for a test. Again, the same two women fought with her about the test. I mean truly, verbally fought with her about the test. Everything about this clinic is nice and new. However, I would like to see them change their front desk staff before I can recommend it to my friends.

Good clinic, has good at atmosphere and friendly staff. The doctors are professional and equipment is all clean and state of the art. Very modern and professional service, would recommend this place to locals as well any tourists, it has world class service with international standards in place as well as English speaking Drs and staff to aid you whatever it is you require.👍

Very easy access and good service

I have a bad 😔 experience at Ayamed medical store, the staff was very slow, i waited for 30 to 40 minute for my medicine, but they are working with my previous bill cancellation is that difficult for give me medicine under 30 to 40 minutes, after 30 to 40 minutes of writing I ask for my medicine the supervisor told me to "Have patience because it's not a grocery shop." is this a answer for me to what I'm asking?

One (if not the only) clinic that has a watsapp service. Staff is friendly. The time your appointment is confirmed for is the time the doctor sees you. Great pharmacy and equipment. Playground and coffee spot inside you almost forget you are in a hospital
