A recently discovered oasis in the heart of Silverglen. The San has been closed off to the public for many years due to unforseen occurrences there. However owing to the passion of a few dedicated individuals; the dam has been rehabilitated and is open to the public but with permission. S serene environment; quiet and peaceful. Though not totally rehabilitated it is sufficient for a quick getaway.

It is so serene when overlooking the dam. Very picturesque....you would be forgiven to think you wer not in Africa. Very relaxing.

People are dumping and wen complaining no one does anything about. Lots of breaking because the fences are not maintained. Ver unsafe

The best indigenous nursery in KZN. Support them. Well -informed staff who are willing to help.

Don't get the feeling of being very safe there. The nursery is very nice and has a reasonably good selection of plants.
