    Waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to have the decently to tell me my order is on the way. More than 4 people behind the till and no one of them told me to wait my order is coming out. Instead the screen shows my order is ready. Very bad service. Everyone looks like they sleeping with their eyes open.

    Experience was poor as there is no cashier and upon asking why there was no cashier, a lady continuously tried to direct me to the self service station. I ordered 3 happy meals which took over 20mins with no communication from the staff, so much for fast food. Really disappointed with the service received, please employ staff who value your business.

    Pathetic is an understatement! Very Poor food Quality! They dont take pride in making our food!!! The quarter pounder had half bottle tomatoe sauce! I ordered a Mcfeat spicy! I got charged for a mcfeast spicy! But they gave me a normal BBQ mcfeast!!!! I ordered a Coke Zero as I am diabetic!! They gave me a normal coke!!!! Poor poor

    We ordered burgers and the burgers was absolutely salty and it was horrible we were so hungry and also in a rush so we didn’t even complete our meals and walked out. Really disappointing truly a waste of money I used to really love eating from here… also my 4 year old niece wanted to go to the toilet and there was no toilet paper they ended of giving her serviettes to use in the toilet. I wouldn’t even give a 1 star

    Can do better. Quarter pounder came with no cheese when it suppose too. Quality control needs to improve. Your nazo meals are part of the main menu on the kiosk. How does a person know the difference?

    Very bad service from a staff named mandisa who is working the till points today. Please develop staff on customer service. Again on the 8th of August 2023 09:30 I was refused to be served at the till point there was a queue at the self service and a cashier just standing at the till so I went straight to her and she said I should join the self service queue my question is why am I not able to order and pay at the till point? is this for whose convenience the customer or the seller?

    It's our home away from home ❤️ My son would not eat at any other restaurant in Chatsworth Centre. The staff are super friendly & always helpful (both old staff & the new trainees) A special shout-out to Stella (whom my son misses) & Aphiwe (current staff) who always makes time to talk to us and who goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. Thank you guys 🙏
