Visited Rocomamas. They need a aircon in this durban heat... We were getting so hot we rushed our meal. But the burgers are still the BEST

Small mall, but it has all the important anchor tenants, plus banks AND one of the biggest Virgin Actives in the country which is a serious bonus. Some nice restaurants here as well. Try Talkhouse coffee shop.

A great shopping center for meeting friends for coffee or for grocery shopping. There are a number of speciality shops which are nice, but not too much in the clothing line which would be useful. Lots of banks and ATM's. Also, lots of Take Away foods. There is lots of paid parking available and a lift for those who need it or to take trollies to the upper parking.

Westville Mall let’s talk about your ridiculous parking situation. The fact that your parking machines only take small denominations is absurd, then what was 1 hour free parking has been reduced to 45 minutes (who can get anything done in 45 minutes?) - the ‘shrinkflation’ of this has not been lost on me and is actually outrageous and then to top it all off, there are now car guards who give you dirty looks and make you feel uncomfortable if you don’t tip them after you have already paid for parking - what the heck is this!?! Also you have the portable car washers who also harass you when there is a car wash place right in the parking lot. It is so uncomfortable shopping there! Do better!

Went Chinese restaurant at 7;50 to be told the kitchen was closed so we could not sit down. However, we were then offered a takeaway. How is it possible to get takeaway from the same kitchen that is closed for dine in?

The mall is my everyday stop I get to buy my daily essential basics. The mall is exceptionally clean and all the stores are located close to each other. Woolies foods is an attraction to the mall especially if you are obsessed with freshness and healthy food😋. The mall is very well managed.

A pleasant experience to shop. Parking is a bit of a challenge but so is this at most centre's. Shops are ideally situated and neatly kept. Restrooms are clean. Proper Covid sanitisation points. One of the safer malls to shop at. Entering the mall by vehicle and exiting is a bit of a challenge though which I think management is aware and could attend to, to make rhis a better shopping experience for all.

Very nice and neat. A little disappointed to find the bottle store outside the mall right at the back of the building. The cashier at the bottle store was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. If you are there for less than an hour, you wont pay for parking.

Get your grocery shopping done and your car washed and a bite to eat and maybe some new shoes or get refills for your spice cupboard, or have a good workout and maybe a coffee and parking is free for 45 minutes or R6 for 2 hours... Need I say more?

The place is clean. I have noticed good service from the workers. Aqua/Splash instructors are really good. They make me enjoy the class...those quick explanations of what part of the body we are working on ...very good

My daughter and I stopped in at Mugg and bean for breakfast. Staff were lovely, service was amazing. Went into Woolworths after that to get some items for our office Spring Day. Lovely goodies and friendly staff.

Shopping is great !!! Parking lot by the trees at main entrance is a mess and is dangerous due to exposed roots of the trees. Be cautious at all times should you park in that area. I also believe that the first 60 minutes should be free. For now it is only 45 minutes free parking.

Well situated for local residents & caters for most requirements. Mall is modern, spacious with good lighting. During busy times parking can still be an issue especially under cover for those who want to remain in the car. Happy to recommend.
