Worst shopping mall in kzn.We cannot travel any transport of my choice. Chatsworth center is like a army base security wid gun looking onto yyr vehicle like we are criminal.

Their horrible management has removed all the benches in the mall. After shopping you can't even sit down or catch a breath, even if you're old. There's no benches n old folks have no choice but to stand. Horrible!!!!

Was absolutely amazing to visit after 3 years got some great deals from Eastern to western items also ate a delicious mutton bunny at victory lounge absolutely delightful my girls and I just loved everything ❤️ only problem very busy must go early 😀 other than that brought back some beautiful memories 😀

I have complained about a100 times to management at the center ,about allowing uber drivers to pick up passengers at milkylan entrance an fishaways entrance an at the blocked pick up entrance which was blocked due to covid .an old lady miss to get runned down by a car today while crossing the road to get to the uber driver . I complained to the managers receptionist .I didn't receive any response yet .

Always a pleasure The top car park gate was closed sobjad to drive all the way back down. They should put up signage

There are always problems with Bolt pick up and drop of. The pick up zone is outside Milky lane the Centre managment block of that area. We as patrons of the centre don't have a safe spot to be picked up with our shopping bags. Today I requested a Bolt Taxi the driver called me and said I have to walk down to Cash Crusaders I cancelled the trip. The next driver also said the same thing I told him but he didn't but rather came on top and fetched me. I was told by the Bolt driver that the centre Management dont want them to pick up. I rather visit the Ridge shopping center in future. 😡😡😡😡😡

One stop shopping experience. All you need in one place. Loved it.

A fairly decent shopping mall. Enough parking space all around the mall. Under cover parking is also available. Multiple grocery, clothing, and liquor stores can be found in this mall. There's also a few restaurants located within this mall, such as Wimpy, KFC, and McDonald's.

Very terrible place to be. Especially when the security with the brown pants are around in the mall they understanding of English is very poor, lack of communication skills to a person in the mall is disgusting. they clearly need proper customer training…

Store selection & inventory is decent. Mall is usually quiet, exceptions being public holidays, pension payout week, black Friday & the festive season.

I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised how nice the centre is. It's clean and well maintained and has all the major retailers

A good shopping mall with lots of parking. Gets quite busy. Big variety of shops - big Checkers and Super Spar. All the popular clothing stores. Many spice shops. Wide choice of fast food outlets. Service is pretty good with most shops and outlets having friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. For older people - please note that the escalators do not work during load shedding and it may be difficult toake your way to the different levels of shops. I had a good shopping experience and will visit again soon.

I'm not from the area but always heard about the competitive prices of stores n the good food of Victory lounge so when the opportunity presented itself to go to The Chatsworth Centre l certainly made the most of it! What a wonderful variety of stores n vast array of good at such reasonable prices too! Lunching at the Victory lounge was such a treat n l will definitely be going back

Good..busy. Just heard from car guards about thieves being caught,,hiding stolen goods under someone else's car,,sad,,,enough drama.went to center after a long time...so just beware..be cautious wherever you go...glad there excellent female carguards at chats center.

Visited this center after a few years. The center music in the passages was way too loud. It was hard to have a conversation. Called the management to complain but it wasn’t turned down. Not a good experience!

Center was busy,managed to find parking with friendly car guard. Shopping at ShopRite was pleasant.

Very lovely shopping centre, from restaurants to clothing. Affordable prices. Great food with a wide range of restaurants. Good mall for the family.

It was a good experience shopping from 9 a.m. There's a wide variety of stores to choose from. There a little something for all. Unfortunately I will have to give the entrance going into the mall 2 stars, as the gate rail has been broken for a while now and to date has not been fixed. So beware while driving into the mall. You don't want your tyres damaged

There weekly, always convenient, could use more ventilation /air conditioning.. 8/10

Car guards are lovely though and very helpful. Taking an Uber from there though is a complete hassle because of greedy taxi owners refusing for bolt drivers to pick up from the center.

Too many walkers and turner's. Place is not safe at all.. security are more busy talking amongst each other or busy on their phones. Don't feel the least bit safe walking around there.

Best shopping experience near me. I love the variety u get in here.

I like the mall it's big and neat unlike other places where you find papers lying everywhere so Chatsworth Centre management keep it up guys

Car was scratched twice in 1 month. Hard to get cctv footage of the incidents from security. Lacks entertainment areas for children or a cinema. Very busy mall. Spiceworld and Topspice and Shoprite are must visit stores for authentic Durban curry spices. Also visit Shoprite on Wednesdays for Market Day specials.

Beside the rude female at Shoprite Kiosk, the staff at The spice world were amazing. The spice bar ladies to the gentleman who helped us getting the sage Awesome service

Absolutely rude staff, very few tills are opened with queues going down the aisles and a few stores have one till opened with 10+ people standing in the queue. Definitely won't be shopping there anymore.

I just go there bcz of convenience. There are no good shops to buy clothes. I mostly visit clicks and dischem.

Its ur 1 stop shop for everything thing that will u ever need...excellent value for money and lots of parking.

Typical mall. Toilets need some upgrading and no info about stores unless you know the place, always busy and security is non existent when needed. Parking is always normally full, better to Uber.Taxi service is available

Always busy, decent variety of stores. Loadshedding doesn't help. Some stores don't have back up. Mall becomes hot and congested
