Everything you need and more, under one roof. I especially like the game in Pinetown for their layout and set up of their store. They also have exceptionally friendly and helpful, knowledgable staff who are ready to help at a moment's notice. Your shopping experience is easy, convenient and quick and the store is always a vibe as well.

Will never go there again. Bad service. Struggled to get assistance. No staff on the floor at the sports section. Eventually there was a queue waiting and Consultant could not even made contact with other game stores as requested to check stock availability. More people turned around and walked out of the store. He struggled to manage his computer and Could not assist me at all on product availability or price. What a disaster and wasting of time.

I want to really commend Celine Nkomo, Manageress at Game pinetown for being such a helpful person! We went to do an exchange, which was not done just yet, but so satisfied with the customer service of the store...like absolutely no other we have ever experienced! She really went out of her way to help out and find out the best way to assist.... This also goes to the individuals at the customer service desk as well. I really am so impressed with the service of Game pinetown... If only all game stores could take some notes.. Thank you so much! Just being a nice person ...in general shows...well done Celine and team!

What I don't like is that they seem to have gotten rid of air conditioning so its unpleasant when it's hot. The queueing system sucks too. What I like is they seem to be one of the few shops where you don't need to fight to get them to honour their guarantee.

In the last 3 months we have started going to this Game store more frequently. 1. You get pensioner discount EVERY DAY.( the tellar kindly advised us of this) 2. Staff are super friendly and helpful (this was not the case prior to looting in 2022) I am very very impressed at the total turn around of this store all i can say is after years of disliking Game i am now a frequent shopper. Bought an Epson printer yesterday, printer does not connect via USB or any other method. I have been in store for over an hour with them trying to test the machine and refusing an exchange. I simply want to exchange the faulty printer for another one, i am not asking for a refund. I can not understand why this is so hard for them to do?? I haven't even had the printer for 24 hours! Shocking service

I have been waiting to buy the laptop for more than 30 minutes and I am getting no assistance. I have been at the counter and have been told someone is going to help 🙃 The attitude is really bad 👎 It is week four still no help. I paid for a TV on the 18th November 2022 with the purpose of watching the World Cup . It is now finished and no feedback from Game management 😢 😒

Terrible Service. We wanted to purchase a tumble dryer. Only one sales assistant on duty. She was busy with another customer when we arrived after 20min of waiting she then left to see if there was stock and told us we can collect at the warehouse. She then continued serving the other customer instead of writing out our Invoice after 50min of waiting we left and bought elsewhere. Instead of finishing with one person she was juggling two customers. I won't shop there again.

Very poor service from this branch. Was promised a delivery on Thursday, its Saturday and no has even contacted me to advise my stuff hasn't been delivered as yet. No answer on the contact number provided. I have dealt with other branches but their service is not as poor as Sanlam Centre.

Horrible customer service. Alot of employees that seem to be doing nothing yet I stood in a Q for 30min to return an item.

Atrocious customer service. Internet shows stock available but when you get there NOTHING. So you phone to avoid disappointment at the next store. Switchboard puts you through but the call never gets answered.

Customer service is very poor. I don't think I'll ever visit that shop again. I even called but people working there are very selfish.

We bought 2 items today...both were advertised at a price....big yellow signs and when we got to the till the variance varied from R150 to R350 per item. The advertised price vs the scanned price. We spend about 30 min+ waiting for the manager that went upstairs to come and assist. We are still waiting as u am typing...

Worse service ever. Ordered a tv, never got feedback nor acknowledgment that I ordered and paid.When I phoned the game call centre their only answer each time has been that the store doesn't answer the phone. Now to cancel and get refunded has been a nightmare, Worse experience and worse service ever.

How would I know if my online order is safe, if the driver take it back, while the shop is closed he was there by 17:45 hurry to deliver somewhere.. I have wrote the formal address to make it easy for them, because I'm leaving in an informal settlemen,(Georgedale, Hammarsdale) I was going to collect it there but he get lost and no patient because the driver think about himself only, we are all working and getting home late I was not expecting the delivery by 17:45..pm

I was purchasing paint for my bed room I got color I didn't want I wasn't showed different grey color and cashier didn't even help me with packing or bitting the price like I do all the time not even friendly face and you can see she was not happy at all serving me.
