    Completely disappointed with the fill I was given yesterday pictured on the left. Compared to when I had them done at Deka lash in Washington on right. Took 10 minutes to fill my lashes yesterday and they don’t look any better.

    Horrible ! This was 2 days after I got my lashes done . They had me come back so they could redo them and well same thing all the lashes were falling out… The tech had me convinced that my own natural lashes just could not hold lashes ! Lie! the first couple photos are them sucking at doing lashes the last photos are my lashes 2 weeks in with someone who knows what they are doing !

    I got my lash extensions for the first time here and absolutely loved it. Kara was super informative about the process and made sure I was comfortable. My lashes look beautiful. Definitely coming back!

    So I tried to reschedule my appt online with their automated system and apparently that didn’t work bc they was charged $87.95 for just an eyelash refill. I called and spoke with Sarah explaining that I was sick and I wanted to just reschedule the appointment and she told me there is nothing she could do and they made no mistakes on their end and that “we can’t read peoples minds “ I asked for some grace and she said no! I have never no showed for an appointment, and because I was sick one time thought I actually was rescheduling, but in fact, I got charged for a full price no-show. No grace.

    I took my daughter to see Mo at Deka Lash in Bethel Park—she is amazing. She was very thorough, explained everything to my teenager and the outcome was awesome. We have visited other lash places (lift and tint) and this was our second time with Mo; hands down, no comparison. We will not go anywhere else!

    I got the TrueXpress lashes done by Alyssa and she did an amazing job!!! I'm a week out from having them done and they still look fabulous! Thank you Alyssa for giving my face some life! <3

👍👍 I had a last minute booking with Angela and she was awesome! Super professional, easy to talk to and felt very comfortable getting my procedure done ( Brazilian wax). Highly recommend Angela, she is good. Ohhh an I have to say she got every spec of hair possible lol
