Room 201 is amazing ! Price 200000kips.Other rooms downstairs for 150000kips. Staff helpful, he can arrange tuk-tuk pick-up for you. Rooms are little bit noisy because the road is near. I recommend.

The room is ok, (150k kip) a bit expensive for a room next to the noisy street, but other hotels are more expensive. The guy at the front desk is polite, and they do laundry for 15k kip per kilo. Over all it was good.

Decent room for a cheap price. Owner was nice and helpful. Not as clean as it could be but no major issues.

Basic Hotel, with very loud environment, so the bar just across the main Street is playing loud music until 23:30 and even afterwards there is a lot of noise on the streets , sleeping without earplugs was not possible. Could be a bit better in the rooms on the other side of the building but generally in the house you do here a lot through the walls . Besides that the hotel was ok for the price, surely one of the budget options in the town

Good room size having AC, fridge,TV. Some rooms having a balcony. Clean but showing its age a bit. Reasonable price for the area.

For 560 baht (a walk-in price) this place is expensive. Brown rust stains in the bath-tub. A shower that keeps shutting itself off. This hotel probably hasn’t had a lick of paint since it was built in the early eighties. Nice location though, and safe parking for big bikes.

Room was big, air conditioning didn't work at all. Beds were pretty hard and different heights making pushing them together into a double difficult. Good location.

Ok place good shower, friendly host good English, $100,000 kip, one block off Mekong river, close to night market, decent bed bathroom just ok, good for a night then moved on to another town to explore.. lots of dogs barking in the morning but no fault of the host. Supplied hot water in the morning but no coffee.

I arrived in the middle of the night without any reservation, he was the only hotel open and for that I’m very grateful I found them. The owner was very nice, I payed 200k Lak. The room is ok for the price and they had hot water.

Good value for money, center of the town, very helpful staff, 150k per night.
