good place. but still office interior work in progress

Poorly Designed Building. Basement to other floors can be accessed only via service lift, which is often used by workers. The lifts stops working if it rains and stairs will be flooded with water. Basement can be only used for two wheeler parking and if anything need to transported to the other floor you need worker to carry all the way from outside ground floor to inside service lift. Even small cargo vehicles cant be taken inside the basement to use service lift. Car Parking area is congested. Centralised AC unit is not efficient most of the times.

Only problem is rain water gets blocked and cab driver is ready to come inside during rainy season

I visited this tech park. It is very near to Olympia tech park. Infrastructure is very good. The lift service is quick. No need to wait for long time.
