    Worst customer service center and fraudulent manager, people should never visit this showroom, and it's service and get fooled by them, I've seen people leave unsatisfied for the service of two-wheelers and complain of poor service and I'm on of it, and the management bills the customer which will be not within the approximate bill valve at the time of the job card, As I got fooled and bought my glamour bike in this very own showroom, which is an absolute mistake , where the service afterwards is purely absurd and irresponsive ,please don't get played by them, the prime Hero reputation is dead now,

    Worst experience! Don't ever go for service I had never seened such a unfit service, and final delivery inspection was very poor many mistakes have found, customer handling was not good

    Terrible Bike Service Experience - Waste of Time and Money Recently I had my bike serviced at this service center and must say it was a totally disappointing experience. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, around 10,000, and waiting for two weeks, the service provided was not satisfactory. It was only after the service that I discovered more problems with my bike. It looks like the technicians either didn't inspect the bike thoroughly or simply neglected some aspect of the service. Paying such a high price for half-heartedly incomplete work is unacceptable. Personally, I had the worst service experience ever....

    Worst place to buy a bike and myself a glamour fi bought customer, really feel a victim of their poor irresponsive behaviour while after delivery two-wheeler for service, that too will take days for their service to complete, and bill us customers with thousands of rupees later , beyond estimated price before delivery of service on job card., which is really atrocious., I couldn't have suffered more by roaming around them leaving my job behind..,

    Hi Customers... If you want to waste your money. Definitely you can buy in this HM MOTORS SHOWROOM. They deliver faulty bikes and they don't know how to fix the issues also... One of the very very worst service manager and service people also. Conclusion : Totally hm motor is simply waste / garbage. Please get your dream bike from other hero showrooms.

    Worst Service Centre... It Takes Approximately One Hour To Take Delivery Of Our Vehicle After Service!! The funniest aspect is that after delivery, I discovered a brand-new type of issue with that  I had never noticed before, but the mechanic claimed it wasn't their fault, You should choose this service centre if you wish to dispose of your vehicle trash quickly. Yes, I give this service a perfect 10 out of -10! Be Aware Of This Showroom, Please !!!! Even I am ready to give my vehicle for service if they rectify it.

    Very bad experience i personally had.. I gave my bike for general service and other small complaints on 5/5/23 at around 9am. I got a call around 4pm saying the brake cable to be changed, i said yes they changed also. Again around 5 pm they said the bike is ready to take. I got a bill for ₹1168. After i received the bike i found that that they not even touched any general service things, Bike was same as i gave. Just water wash and brake cable changed oil changed. The complaints remained the same. I faced the same difficulty after servicing also. So end of the day i had worst experience with this outlet. Definitely i will not come back to this service center again and ill never suggest to my friends also.. But one good thing is staff behavior towards customers is good and professional..

    Kind Attention to all bike owners: Don't service your vehicle at this store. Worst service experience in my past 8yrs of my bike history... No proper response. My bike has been given for a general service. I clearly mentioned it's not a oil service. I have told about the battery issue, so kindly check that. I have got a call that battery is not working... so I told to replace it. When to pickup the bike after service and got shocked on seeing the bill. The bike was done oil service and many minor components has been replaced without my knowledge. But battery has not been replaced. Scolded myself for leaving the bike for service at this store. After paying the bills and took my bike, felt some discomfort. So checked with the mechanic who serviced the bike. He rectified it and also said that there is a issue with the bike carburettor, so the petrol will be leaking. Since the showroom doesn't have any stock, we didn't change it. This was the statement provided by the mechanic when I accidentally met him. When I checked the same with supervisor or manager there is proper response.

    Pls don't buy new vechile porur H. M. Motors All new vehicle in this show room faded colour, all new vehicle are parked 4th floor direct sunlight, they are cheating customer, after sale very worst service, service manager worst beagiver, billing totlay watste not skilled employees all over, one bill take time two hours silly reason network and system slow, Totaly dustbin H. M. Motor porur( Arcot road lakshmi nagar)

    I had serviced the Hero Motors bike, when I got it serviced, when I put petrol in it, there was a full leak of petrol, then I saw that the petrol tube was cut and then I called me and told me .he talk irresponsible .. please anyone don't go there.very very worst service

    Actually I don't have star rating less than 1 or else I would prefer that, got irritated with them, After servicing I have faced few new complaints too and also the older also not rectified, After changing the engine oil and facing leakage. They've told this is due to wrong thread done during your previous service. But I didn't face any issue b4 service. Such a looting centre charges also too high

    Very worst sales and service.All your work is thieving and deceiving everyone and extorting money Your goal is to extort money without doing the job properly .I took my two wheeler for service on 25th of last month, two days after delivery and exactly one month later on 25th I left the vehicle for repair.. They teach those who don't know how to work. The boss doesn't care about this and neither does the hero company

    The worse experience in service department on servicing of passion Pro bs6 bike. In 2free service and 1 extra service they are unable to sort out the problem of engine off in slow speed.This is the lack of knowledge with their technical staffs in new bike. They send sms to have service queries with disabled numbers and also they never cal in queries as in sms it is said that they will contact in 48hrs. Only they show interest in sales and not in service.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your two-wheeler showroom. One of the major disappointments was the complete lack of free service reminders. As a customer, I rely on service reminders to ensure that my vehicle receives timely maintenance and necessary repairs. However, I did not receive a single call or reminder from your showroom regarding the service requirements of my two-wheeler. This lack of proactive communication reflects poorly on the level of customer service and shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not suggest this showroom to any of my friends.

    Bike Service quality is less than average. Always deliver the vehicle late only. If you visit morning as a first person you may get your vehicle after the service. Bike exchange cost is too low. You can sell your bike outside you will get more money. There won't be any discount. If you are buying new bike the additional cost around 14,000 you have to pay extra apart from excluding insurance. Free service mean they will do water service they will check whether break is working or not. Like. Instead of giving service here you u can give it outside per service minimum 1000 they will charge. It is waste for our money

    Lost its reputation, employees, service quality and customer satisfaction! Rude behaving staffs and irresponsible answers. Damaging the vehicle during service and asking us to show proofs (before service) when questioned about it. Not having proper tools(in my case - unavailability of sensor checking machine for Karizma ZMR) amd giving false commitments and ensuring to resolve the issue (but issue exists). Do not waste your money here, find a better service center!

    Posting this comment, so people do not waste their valuable time, energy and money with this worst ever Hero dealer in Chennai. -Worst customer experience ever. -Supervisor doesn't bother to check the complaint properly and add in the job card inspite repeating the issue (the problem starts here).. They just say we will call you if any clarifications/change -After several follow up on second day evening, they just say bike is ready but the fact is they haven't even started service when I reached service center upstairs. -Upon checking, they just ask to wait few mins...When i questioned them what actually done so far..it's nothing..Took the bike delivery without anything been done for two days at service center. - It's not only me, several ppl are facing this problem.. They just try to repair in an hurry and deliver it..Spoke to managemnet about this issue,which they already know.. - Finally , cancelled Joy ride AMC and got the money refunded.. So never ever try this showroom, even if it's next ur home/office..you will regert a lot.

    Good service.opens at 8 and close by 7 which is difficult for office going person. Could extend the time. No pick and drop facility as well. Polite response. It is taking almost two hour time for giving for service and taking it back after service. Even for making payment they are taking more time. This is second time i am visiting and it was very slow process.

    Calls will come to leave our bike for regular service but will avoid us if you go there for service.. I was fooled thrice like this.. less staff for service I think.. better they can close the outlet if can't give better service on time.. hope the hero brand takes a call on this..

    I got my 160 Xtreme from HM motors porur. The staff here are very friendly and informative. I gave my bike for first service and got it ready in a short time.That was super fast and very impressive.The entire HM motors team is customer friendly and I am happy for having chosen Hero from HM motors.

    Simply wate inefficient workers I had zero problems with my bike but after one service here all problems started all low efficient workers....they dnt solve the problem they have no spare parts available I am not saying big parts just a bolt....please avoid servicing your bike here....all mid level guys in service team have attitude when u start complaining...

    The worst ever show room. No customer relation. they don't even know the meaning for it. I booked a pleasure plus in last December. The agent is not as before buying vehicle. They don't even accept credit cards. What kind of Agency that don't even accept the card or asking card commission from the customer. THE WORST More to that. After my first service my odometer is stopped working during the service it happened. That's alright It happens. But to repair that that I'm chasing them. When I call they give another number to call. Like that I called more than 7 persons and even tried to visit the branch with my bike. But they wont even have the capability to it. Worst ever. please refer other customers comments. They are the WORST

    Sales department is good(that's why 2 stars) but service department could do a lot lot better. No follow-ups when service is due. They took around 1hour for billing free service which just had oil change. And it was not crowded, but everyone just end up waiting. Cashiers ask to go to the service people to collect the job card who tell that the card has already been given to the cashiers. You end up going back and forth. This happened for atleast 3 other people while I was there. The only reason I would go back is because this is closer to me.
