Such a worst experience we had in 2019 when we bought a wooden cot. Within a weeks time the cot started breaking and also started making sound when we just sit on it. Very Worst quality wood was used for the cot. The delivery time was also not as committed. Customer service is a total waste. Please don't be deceived by purchasing anything from this shop.

Ac offer but not worth

First of all, Product is costly compared to other shops. Very pathetic customer service, They will simply say that they will check and call us but never calls back. No on-time(promised time) delivery and they dont even bother to reach out to customer or inform that they cannot deliver it ontime or there is any delay. You will get responses only till you pay. Once paid you have to listen to whatever they say or wait until they respond. I strongly wont recommend this shop because of my experience.

Exaggerated price, even for a small home appliance. When showing an online price, it was drastically reduced then by 25%. Still, it was higher compared to the online rate for the same product. Seems salesmen decide depending on MRP and the customer. It was kind of evident where at the billing, they were asking what the rate with salesman. It was a computerized bill, and I'm sure the selling rate should be there in the system. Strange.

we bought AC from this people and they are completely unprofessional. They will first divert your mind with the lowest cost but once you pay advance they will start with their unprofessional behaviour. They will not give any proper information and you have to call them multiple times to get things done. the additional cost you incur for transportation and installation will cost you the same price like other stores. please donot buy anything from here

They have wide range on home appliances. TVs, Fridge, beds, sofas, tables, washing machine, gas stove, mixer grinder, almost all the items you can get for your home at a reasonable price. Bargain for the best offer. They provide a price almost equal or less than online prices. Customer service inside the showroom is good. But don't believe in gifts, they say they provide gifts worth 2000 but provide only worth some 500. They want customers into the showroom. I'm not ready to argue there, so I just got what they gave me. But the pricing of the Sony 55 inch tv is good. They gave less than online pricing. I also brought Gas stove, which costs 2k more. I think the offer in tv is adjusted with this. Overall satisfied with the purchases. Parking, loading the items into vehicle needs improvement. Misleading gift offers should be avoided unless they provide what they say.

Ordered water heater from them.. Delivery was made on the same day but however for installation they didn't give or assign anybody and after multiple follow ups they didn't give any response..When directly to the showroom and those people blamed each other and not solved my problem..Very worst behaviour after purchase and ultimate goal for them is money money money..Poor customer service after sale of a product... Don't waste your valuable time and money..

Poor delivery comittment, will sent damage product, I bought two water dispenser from them one is working good another one is not working I raise complaint with in 7 hrs from delivery but they are not replacing the product they are doing warranty work

Billed AC on 28th Aug 2023 and delivered AC manufactured on Dec2022 ! Despite us clearly requesting the branch to deliver AC manufactured in 2023. No value for customers and fradulent commitments 👎 Please choose a different dealer for purchase. They will say we don't have stock and will order from factory which is a plain lie.
