Cozy and cool place to hangout with friends. There’s something called vegan shake on the menu but it was so funny to know that it’s just a black coffee without milk. Looks like they’re adding names like this to the menu to attract customers but the staff themselves have no clue about what it is.. I expected atleast soy or almond milk as a replacement to dairy products when I saw the word vegan on the menu. But anyways, I can switch between veganism and vegetarianism. So not much of a problem. Luckily they have quite a good number of vegetarian cake options and I’ve tried the chocolate flavour!! It was yum!! This place however is on the pricier side and I feel that, this place need not be that expensive. The prices are almost similar to that of those at Starbucks, Singapore 🙏🙏

Good coffee restaurant. It is in Nexus Vijaya Mall in Vadapalani. Very useful for the public who is doing shopping in this mall. Coffee is popular here very yummy Varieties of options in coffee lovers It has wonderful tasty snacks short bites Well maintained but not much clean Coffee tables look a little bit old . Service is excellent Public common toilet available Enough common public parking space for all vehicles

Love the ambience • My all time favourite "Dutch Truffle Cake" and it's a must try in CCD.

This CCD is located inside Nexus Vijaya (Forum) mall on the first floor. The pastry is not great, the sandwiches are overpriced as always and the coffee does not live up to the mark. But, the service is excellent. The waiters are prompt to tend to your needs and are very polite and well mannered.

Well an aging outlet , need to reinvent itself to bring in more customers , it was almost empty when we went at 8.00 pm , there was a very aged look of the whole set up was drab and the unthusiastic staff , understandable after it's owners unrumely death, God give them strength to regrow .

I drank a ice moca it was the worst drink I ever drank and paid 250 rs. The drink didn't have any sweetness worst of all it tasted like cold water mixed with coffee powder

The watermelon ice tea was full of ice cubes. Toast was decent. The main let down was that the charger points were not working, I could not charge my laptop.

The team told me not to sit before I order something, they insisted me 1st to order then Sit, as I requested the I have to send a urgent mail is just 2mins works just allow me to use laptop, by the staffs refused as they have rule that no can sit unless the orders something and they they camera which is watching them and I was asked to leave if I don’t order.

I had a worst experience in CCD forum mall. I went to redeem a voucher.The person who took the order was so reluctant to take the order since it was backed by a voucher. He told he cant process quoting many reasons. He made me wait for long and ensured the voucher was not redeemed.

I went to this cafe I wanted a seat where I can connect my laptop charger , the fat boy with spec who was working there has occupied the seat telling that he was standing the whole day wanted to rest and refused to move. Also I have seeing him hiding and eating pasty from the shop. If the staffs can eat for free well I’m not here to argue on this. But how can he answer a customer to sit else where coZ he is resting . Unmannered

CCD in Forum Was worst in taste as well as in service .we can't tolerate in cost and taste of coffee.

Worst service from CCD employee Me and my colleague visited CCD today around 5pm. We had an important work to do and we crashed at CCD, as it will be convenient to work out if a coffee shop. As soon as we entered CCD we purchased a water bottle, thinking that we can order anything later if we wanter to. So we started doing our work and within 10 mins, an employe came and asked us what we would like to order. We told that we will order later and continued with our work. And exactly after 30 mins, another employee came and said, “It's been 30 mins since you came, you have to order something." And soon, he also sarcastically shouted at another employee about placing an order ASAP, in Tamil. If we ask they wouldn’t accept that but we know how they meant it and what they were referring to. We were very much disappointed and we left immediately . We would have ordered something once our work got over. Very very bad experience . Will never visit any of the CCDs ever again. Note for people: statement by the CCD employee “ you are not allowed to sit in CCD more than 30 mins without ordering anything." So, pleas don’t think it’s like Starbucks or any other coffee shop where you can sit and do your work peacefully . Thanks for this disappointing experience.

It has a beautiful classic interior with an amazing ambience.Tasty food but it is a bit slow to prepare variety of options to chose from.

You always get enough time to spend on the the table over just a coffee. Always best.

I asked hot and strong cappuccino regular size. They charged me with King size cappuccino and the cappuccino is neither hot not strong. I wondered why i came to CCD, i thought I can have nice coffee. We are paying the money to get what we want. Very bad and also that day card machine was not working and asked me to pay cash.

The coffees and breads were good. But lacking in ambience. Can improve the seating facility and tables.

Better than startbucks don’t waste money if you wanna try it’s on your own Cappuccino is 250 not worth but tastes better than Starbucks

Love this place especially for their service. The guy who serves food and coffee here is very polite and kind of gives the good feel to visit here again. Tropical iceberg, cafe frappe, smoked chicken sandwich are my go to here.

Nice ambience. The forum mall had birthday cake only at Coffee day ... Cake was very good.

Absolute garbage hot chocolate, they used to have good ones earlier but now they are serving watery hot chocolate in the name of Belgian gourmet and taking 270 rs for it. I'm so disappointed. I'll never visit this place again.

The staff are really friendly and they have decent seating area for it being located in mall. The cafe has a few charging ports accessible. The cappuccino was good, the paneer sandwich could have been better.

little expensive for a coffee, store must include filter coffee which is a South Indian speciality & identity. Overall a good place to relax and have a choice of quick snack!!

Love each and every study time I get to spend here. Always a fan of CCD and this one has never disappointed me. It's amazing in ambience and the coffee is blissful as usual.

A decent place to sit and chat over a coffee. Do not expect extra ordinary courtesy or customer service. But they get you whatever you need. In case you have an hour or so to spend time with some one over a coffee, this is the place.

For the uninitiated, I saw a family come in, occupy a table, see the price rate and run away without looking back.... That sums up the place. But the quality of items were really good and ambience is nice.

Visited CCD after very long time like nearly 3 years later and wished to try their new range of Frappe and thus ordered Cherry Blossom Frappe. Oh gosh😖...please suggest you guys never to try it. The cherry essence was overpowering and tasted literally like medicine. CCD it’s high time you work on quality before you loose all your customers!!!

Ordered hot chocolate and cheesecake. The cheesecake was ok. Hot chocolate was too thick. Not the normal hot chocolate anyone would drink. And when we asked take away for the chocolate drink, they refused saying they are out of small cup stock. The employer even called "manager" on the phone and made him say that they can't do takeaway as small cups are out of stock and can't use large cup cause owner will scold when they have short count! Terrible service! Alot to improve!
