Worst Indian bank branch I have ever visited. .none of the staff will respond to customer queries. .no proper response given to customers. .had a very bad experience in this branch. .I fed up and transferred my account to another branch

Would give negative stars if possible. Worst customer service. Long wait time. Just to postpone or drag the work they ask unnecessary documents and delay things. Terrified by their service we closed all our savings account, deposits that's was transferred here from Allahabad bank because of the merger.

Crowded. Passbook entry they don't do it on same day. Lot of reasons to tell to customers. Not many ppl using passbook nowadays and lot many printers but same comments from staffs. Whoever it is old/ladies.

Very worst experience I had. Staffs are behaving like they’re gods. I closed my account in this branch and opened in another bank. Not at all recommended for banking services.

Very worst kind of service. Present Manager is a waste fellow doesnot know about the process and how treat/speak with the customer. I feel very bad to have account with them and planning to close and start with another one in the same area. If i get a chance i am also ready to take legal action against them also.
