Very bad experience with pepperfry. Ordered a study table on may 1st and still didnt receive the product. We are fed up of following with them. Please dont ever plan to purchase from them. U will end up losing ur money

Very good experience with the store. Akshay the sales person was extremely courteous and so friendly that I got a great sense of comfort with the brand. However it was a nightmare after I bought 2 single beds, one queen bed with storage, mattresses for these, a 6 seater dining table and a study desk. Every single item feels like a temporary item made for a movie setting. None of them are sturdy and none seem worth the price I paid. I feel like a fool for not having been watchful about the quality of the products. I can’t stop if I start listing the evidences for why the products are low quality. Worst value for money purchase ever. After 2 lakhs spent I feel I made the biggest mistake. Will NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM PEPPERFRY!

Ordered a desktop table and a chair and got it before the expected dates. The service from Prasath was really awesome. He explained everything in detail and helped me pick the perfect design and color and the one which will suitable for me.

Worst experience I have ever had. This guy told me that a particular sofa model is available for a demo and I drove 15kms only for that. When I was there, he gave me a higher and more expensive model with which I could not feel the cushion. Despite all this, he asked me to book the product through him! It was such an unhappy situation with this guy.

Pretty bad service. Ordered product from here the table what we received was damaged so we went for replacement during the call with customer care (they dont have brain ) insisted me to go for wallet so I agreed with it, later we came to know that the money went to the wallet of this shop so if we want to order it I need to go this shop so we went and order another product from the shop and even this product was damaged so they took it back now money is gone no table and now only left with frustration. Money spent Rs19000 date of purchase December 2020 still as of today it is not resolved.

very bad experience. Ordered bookshelf and corner tables on 22nd october. got delivery on or before 8th nov after regular follow ups. Product received with manufacturing damage and they told that they will replace or refund within 72 hours. Till now no reply. dont loose your money. very worst customer service..

Very very Poor service and response from pepperfry.in . Made an order on 28th september . They Delivered a defective product and still waiting for return pick up. They fail to refund too. Its been more than a month.

I can strongly recommend this showroom .. Mainly bcoz of customer service is Terrific... I ordered a table ,chair for my office they delivered with skilled architect... They educate us how to use the furniture for long life.. Maintaining a good rapport with customer where they score.. Having a trendy products with a good price catalogs too...

Very bad experience in purchasing a sofa. We had visited the pepper fry studio at Coimbatore - they did not have a clear idea in explaining the RHS and LHS sofas, for our requirements and our living room measurements, they suggested to order an RHS sofa. Based on the pictures shown in website, we got confused and visited again to check and confirm. We explained our requirements and measurements of our room again, and they suggested to cancel RHS and order LHS. This had to done with a 2.5 - 3% cancellation charges. When we received the product, it was the complete opposite of what we wanted. Even after explaining in detail, they made us to order twice with extra charges and ended up receiving the wrong product. We had better experiences with pepperfry at other places earlier. But this studio at Coimbatore is below par in customer handling, especially the manager of this store who seemed to have no interest in selling the products. The reason we visited the studio is to have a first hand experience on the product and its details however because of manager's inefficiency and lack of understanding with their own products we have to face the brunt as the end user.
