Hi The room sizes are small but since it’s a new property it is in general clean. The overall experience was not very good and will not recommend any one to stay here due to following reasons. 1. Rude behaviour of owner, we had stayed for 2 days and on the last day the owner started calling and shouting to check out way before checkout time. Was staying with my family and he was shouting like road side goons, I tried reasoning with him but he had completely lost it and continued saying horrible things continuously. Not at all a pleasant experience 2. Service levels were overall slow. Order something to eat and it would reach not earlier than 40-50 minutes. 3. In MakeMyTrip it was mentioned that smoking is not allowed in property yet very bad smell of smoke came on one day

Hotel is fine. Management is raw. They can take orders but not used to handle sudden rush or changes. Easy going attitude. Property is clean and food is fine though.

Hotel is in a lane & Cars parks on the road . Hotel Manager very rigid. Only one staff was there to serve all the rooms. Can be much much better with a decent operations team.

Wrost experiance and felt cheated to Stay here at cost of almost 4500 for an Single night in an NON A/c room at price of 3000 plus taxes. Uncremonieous tones and behaving like goons of management or operatoes. Suggest not to visit here.

I have seen the rooms these are good and also the interiors are having a very smooth finish and there is also wifi available, staff cleans the room regularly and sanitise also regularly.

One of the best hotels to stay in Mau. Hotel property was very neat and clean. Rooms are good and spacious. I haven't rated 5 star for location as the lane is narrow and parking space is limited. Verdict: One cannot find better hotel than this in Mau.

From my organisation the hotel got 1 lakh in some day. I recommended my higher official and they have taken double rent on name of late check-out. They are charging more . So from now i will not recommend any one. I am embarrassed.

Rooms are small can be maintained better, they don't have enough staff in kitchen so better prepared to order from outside.

Everything else is close to perfect for a place like Mau. Parking is not available. Located on main road, the gate opens in a very narrow lane, where parking is difficult. If you stay, you would rather not take your own car.

This is best hotel to stay. It has good and clean room with the Fan, air condition, Flat TV, also warm water is available for shower. On food will enjoy Indian cuisine and good services from the hotel employee's.

I had done a bulk booking in this hotel for my family stay but at the time of payment the owner "Mr. Jaiswal" was so rude. At the time of booking he was so cool and polite but while doing a checkout his behaviour got changed. Disappointed ☹️ Pros: Hotel is good. Rooms are clean. Cons: Adding extra charge at the time of checkout. Not happy with the staff. No parking facility.
