Friendly staff... And helpful too... Got my makeup and hair done from MATRIX SALON and I wasn't disappointed at all.. A very positive experience.. Would definitely visit again as and when the need arises.. The staff is well informed and provide the best guidance.. Do visit MATRIX for all your hair and skin woes..

Not a very good experience there No proper greetings No proper communication The facial girl just finished her the facial in 30 mins with no massage or no black heads removal I will never recommend this salon to anyone in future. At least if you are charcoal at your prices give your full service

Went there on two consecutive days for a hair cut. First day they simply tried to chase me out that they didn't do hair cut for children (my 4 years old daughter). However, I met with one of the old employees there and asked him to give her a haircut. He mentioned that they were busy so I should come the next day. I understood that I came without appointment so I left. Next day I went with an appointment and they again said they were busy and couldn't give a hair cut. I traveled 17 km, after an appointment, just to know they did not have time for a customer. I am never gonna visit and neither I am going to recommend anyone. Although, I had visited around 3 years back and the staff then was very cooperative.

Horrible experience. I asked them to colour my hair brown. And they coloured them black. Apparently they don’t even know the difference between black and brown. And they will give you used and wet towel. Don’t even know basic hygiene.

I went for hair treatment and they recommended me keratin. I spent money whatever they asked, but my experience was terrible. After one wash my hair was rough and there's no shine. There was no change in my hair. I went there again to compaint about this and they just washed it and applied some cream. So, please d'nt go there . Its wastage of your money as well as your time. They are just using matrix brand name but their services are very poor. I would give zero start if there' an any option. They even dnt know what good customer service, They never replied on any bad reviews because they d'nt care about their customers. I wish i read their reviews before i went there.

I went for facial ,hair spa and manicure pedicure in this salon the service was very poor for hair spa they just applied cream, no steam no proper head massage they dont listen to customers prices are very high services was not up to the mark they don't have nail paint shades also when I asked them they said we are just going to buy the shades before your visit that's not an excuse rates are very high pls don't waste your time and money in this salon not recommendable at all

Very bad experience with matrix salon, poorly skilled stafff nd very rude behaviour. Skin care knowledge nd experience is zero. I juz had a bad skin care service
