The staff is wonderful. Kamal specifically was very thorough in cleaning my room and very pleasant to interact with. I was very happy with his service

Before they was better than now , there room service was decreased, they forgot to add towels and slippers, they forgot to bring my clothes from the laundry, i have to remind them every time!

The facility has free parking, check in and out was quick, room service was good, the pool has assigned lifeguard during pool open times, unfortunately I don’t have time to visit the health center as they have deferent flavored packages, breakfast was great and the restaurant staff are kind and helpful, I stayed in 3 room apartment for 7 nights, comfortable beds and isolated rooms helped in resting well for next day adventure, I highly recommend this place for family with kids, the place is wheelchair accessible.

Had a great time at Majestic Arjaan thanks to the endless efforts of the staff! Shoutout to Alice and Satish from housekeeping for their efforts. It isn't easy to service a long-stay room but they did a great job. All the staff at the reception are extremely polite and accommodating. Viru was particularly helpful in recommending places to visit. The manager at the restaurant, Mohammad, and the staff - Shweta, Parul, and others - are excellent, making you feel like you're at home. Their services are on point. The location of the hotel is superb if you like a bit of quiet but also like stepping out. There are many cafes, eateries, and marts nearby so everything is accessible. If you're staying here, you can also walk down to the Busaiteen seafront for an evening or night time stroll.

Friday Brunch was very nice. It is affordable, has alot of varieties, with water and Soft drinks and plus all that kids under 12yrs eat for free

Everything was fine thanks to the staff especially the receptionists, they were helpful. I hope the hotel administration reconsider the weekend price , it would be great.

please do not listen to the bad reviews you read about the hotel. Everything during my stay was great. The breakfast is fantastic. Lunch and Dinner are also very well done. They have a very good chef who runs the kitchen. The people, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel are great and super nice. My room was always very clean and fresh. And specially thanks to brother belayet He is the Star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ in the hotel.

It have been a very nice and lovely 4 weeks I have stayed here in Majestic Arjaan by Rotana Hotel. Lovey and kind staff, super service. Definitely this Hotel will be my priority every time I visit Bahrain.

All House keeping and resturant staff are caring and keep attention to small details always wearing a smile. Kamal, Sukanya are very good house keepers, always assured the rooms tidyness. Georgia, Melissa and Shweta took good care at the breakfast table. Mr. Azam made sure we had food of our choise every day and also arranged for special dinner on the occassion of Diwali.

One of the best experiences I ever had in a hotel. The ambience of the hotel is very peaceful all the staff are very helpful and clean. Amer & Shweta from Ginger restaurant were very helpful and kind. Imane from housekeeping was sooo helpful. Definitely will come back to the hotel

Very friendly and lovely staff. Mr. Viru offered us free breakfast he knew that it’s my sister’s birthday! The room service is great. The kitchen’s staff: Chef Hisham’s food is incredibly delicious.. Ms. Shwetat, Melisa & Belayet are very friendly and cooperative. I 100% recommend staying here. There’s a free access to the jacuzzi, swimming pool and Sauna. The spa is amazing it’s chargeable but it’s worth it! When I come to Bahrain, I’ll definitely stay here!

Its such a pleasant hotel with lots of amenities and the location is good with some stores nearby, the rooms are spacious, large and come with a living room, balcony, a full kitchen and several bedrooms perfect for a family or a group of friends visiting Bahrain. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a jacuzzi which was fun. There is also a sauna and steam room in the gym. The service is impeccable with great and friendly staff. I definitely will be coming back to Majestic Arjan whenever I visit Bahrain again.

The room has an unpleasant odor, and the water is consistently cold, regardless of running the heater throughout the day. The kitchen tap water is also cold, and the bidet spray is not warm. The room’s air conditioner is consistently damp; when lowering the temperature, the room becomes excessively cold, and when raised, it remains humid

Hossain was a very attentive member of staff. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was serviced very nicely - no complaints and I look forward to my next visit in February

Having a great experience here. Service is awesome, staff are great always wearing a smile making you feel at home. I would like to thank all the staff members for their care and help. To name some of the best people I came across would be: Manager- Mr Azam Chef-Islam, Hamza Waiting- Georgie, Melissa, Shweta House Keeping- Sukanya, Kamal, Abdul and ever other person whose name I don't recall Electrician guys cannot be ignored. And lastly all of the Gym staff.

The place is perfect and very clean but the room service is one STAR only because i ask for a egg breakfast it took one hour and it was over cooked and the other day i asked for an ice and took an hour too.

Im not much of a traveller, decided to have a short staycation at Arjaan. I was amazed how the room was spacious and comfortable. Quite place and relaxed atmosphere. The pricing was the bargain. You get more than what you actually pay for. The staff was very welcoming and a smooth check in by Ms Areege at front end.will definitely plan another staycation here. Thank you

This hotel is great! The staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and relaxing. I stayed here with my daughter for the F1 Grand Prix and will be coming back for sure! It’s not in the downtown area however don’t let that put you off downtown is only a 15 minute Uber away. Also there’s local shops, restaurants and cafés within a 15 minute walk.

Am going to review the gym experience only , i tried the gym for couple of days it was nice and clean not crowded, things i didn't like 1- the gym was too small 2- few treadmill 3- few gym equipment 4- the worst thing is the pool experience it's nice but the timing is very bad till 8 pm at least till 10 or max 11 . One of the main reasons i didn't renew pool timing

The hotel is very beautiful, tidy and very clean, the rooms are fully equipped and the place is quiet, the reception staff and the hotel workers are very special. The location is also very close to a mini supermarket and a group of restaurants and cafes.

Recently stayed here for our quarantine upon arrival in Bahrain. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of four. The food was superb if a little repetitive. The staff were brilliant. They even let us borrow the cleaning equipment to clean our own room. If anyone is looking for a quarantine hotel in Bahrain then I would seriously consider staying here.
