I’m a regular customer, no attention to guest request, despite local measures to fight disease, won’t even wear gloves while dealing with food. Made me stick the drinks in the cover when requesting the same. Poor employee knowledge of product and lack of attention. Very disappointing from a international franchise

My kids love fried chicken tenders from KFC, they have the regular and spicy tenders, both are excellent and juicy. They have recently added a nice variety of dipping sauces. The store in Arad has good service and very polite.

I don't understand what is the point of the time wasters call takers you guys have. I have had to struggle with those guys for over 40 minutes to update my address, and after 65 minutes in total, from the time I placed my order, I realized that the rider was never given my updated address and went to the wrong one.

My First time to visit here and Dine-in order the food is always excellent as fresh hot served, mainly concern is the served portion is very less not accordingly to other KFC restaurant that i have been visited and eat with my family rice meal the rice is very less portion and chicken they give me is both small wing parts😔 I did try to approach if possible change they cashier ask to lady manager says that only they can give. Mainly still not cook and ready to give big part.
