The new airport transformed 180 degrees, the location, the facilities and the atmosphere at the airport all gave us a smooth & relaxed flight. There are varieties of restaurants in there, also their duty free service is great. The waiting area you can found sleeping sofa’s and very relaxing chairs with free hot drinks, Thank you Bahrain

Very clean and nice airport. It is easy to find the gates. Easy to pass the immigration and past. The arrival visa is cheap. the staff are so helpful and friendly. I'm coming to the Kingdom of Bahrain 🇧🇭 every month. I Love this country ❤️ The only issue is their Internet, it's limited..before only 1 hour free then u have to pay after that. Now, they make it every 2 to 3hrs. Still, not enough I guess. What if the flight is delayed? Why? Why NOT unlimited like Dubai airport? I hope they will make it the same.

The stunning interior design, the use of white colors and natural light, especially during the day, rejoices the heart, brings comfort and joy to passengers before take-off, and sends positive energy into the soul. State of the art modern Airport!! The upgrade was drastic and truly puts this airport on the map! The waiting areas have been changed to make it more comfortable for the Travellers. The futuristic design and facilities are beyond amazing.

One of the best airports I have been to. Very organized, clean and elegant. Mostly high end services and shops around but there are public spaces to rest and play. There is a small hotel inside the transit area in case you need a pot for 3 hours or a whole room. If you are a gamer, check the play ground with the gaming spot in floor 1.

I have arrived here on a long layover and to visa on arrival. The immigration counters were fast and helpful. Since my card didn’t work for international transactions then, I was asked to a separate counter. Luckily I had some BDs and the officer helped in the process gave visa. The arrival hall and exit are well maintained and it’s a world class airport no doubt. Facilities are well maintained. Every inch of the premises are spic and clean. The staff is really nice and maintain gut standards. The departures have 24 wings with 48 gates. Huge play area for kids in the Center and a huge bright display with pleasing colours. All chairs have USB and plug sockets. Relax chairs also available. Most modern and trendy airport.

Very well maintained Airport with good accessibility. The queues counters and the duty free shops are all upto the point... especially the airport staff they are very hospitable and friendly. In duty free we can find so many varieties of alcohol with different brands. They conduct lucky draw, the winner receives variety of prices, high end car's are one among them.

I have been here for four times as a transit for my vacation to and fro. As usual, it never failed my expectations having a state of the art modern facilities and amenities. The waiting areas have been changed which made it more comfortable. Prayer rooms are beyond amazing with cozy ambience and comfortable surrounding.

Bright, modern, nicely 'refrigerated' airport. Lots of duty-free, including designer fashion brands, of course. Cheap cigarettes as is common in a lot of middle-eastern countries. Adequate number of cafes and restaurants. Bahrain airport also has a by-the-hour inside the terminal hotel for those passengers who have a longer stopover say (maybe coming in really early in the morning or late at night), and want to relax in a very comfortable and well appointed hotel room (bathroom included of course but no food/room service etc) until they catch their connecting flight. You don't have to step out of the airport or even go through security or immigration - it's actually within the airport terminal. Also has a massage facility. Roughly GBP12/hr inc. airport taxes - not bad. Large play area for children with lots of play 'stuff' - haven't seen this in any other international airport! Everything is clearly signposted.

Everything was perfect. I couldn't gave 5 star because of the 1 hour internet limitation that you have pay for after 1 hour if you don't eat from Burger King where is the only place you can reach free internet. Very clean and modern airport. Also duty free is cheaper.

Great Experience at Bahrain Airport! I really liked Bahrain Airport. The facilities were very good and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our journey easy. I loved the game area, it was fun for both kids and adults! Checking in and going through immigration was quick and easy. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

A very modern airport. Service at the highest level - helpful, kind and professional. Nice variety of food, gift shops, plenty of space to relax before your trip. The only drawback is (I do not know why) the lack of Uber (entry ban for these drivers) and using airport taxis you may be unpleasantly surprised by the amount of the fee! (The driver tried to extort us 4 times more than the taximeter showed !!!)

One of the best and most advanced airports I’ve been to! Advanced cleanliness and maintenance, exceptional service, and smooth passport control & security, specially at the business track. The lids area is amazing, with trampoline, Xbox and PlayStation, and a beautiful seating area for parents and guardians. The lounge is fully equipped with several seating areas, different F&B options (including freshly backed Pizzas), smoking area, and even baby-foot and billiard games. What is concerning is: big focus on alcoholic drinks everywhere and no dedicated prayer area at lounge.

Bahrain international airport is a magnificent piece of infrastructure. It's well lit with natural light, fully air conditioned and very, very clean. Direction signs are clear and precise. Staff are very helpful as well. In one sentence: it's one of the best airports that I have transited from a few times now. Even though my travels are very much only between a few countries.

The upgraded airport is really good. However the the number of chairs available in the counters and in the gates should at least be doubled. We couldn't find a place to sit for waiting. Also the long term parking fee should be reconsidered since it's much higher the old one that might let me change my travel plans next time.

I enjoyed my time waiting at Bahrain Airport. It’s clean, spacious, and offers a comfortable environment. The airport is great for relaxing while waiting for a connecting flight. I particularly appreciated their smoking area, which provides a nice spot for smokers to pass the time.

We have been there for the first time . The airport is very modern and sleek design. Duty free and food courts are just cool. The highlight is the massive kids play zone . Our 4 hours halt was so effortless, the time went so fast And we enjoyed every minute spent there.

The airport opened last year, very clean and spacious. Very comfortable while waiting for planes. The dining options at the departure not much, mostly Western foods or coffee. Crews very friendly.

One of the simplest yet beautiful airports I have visited: Clean and organized. The waiting area is so good that you can even sleep in their small couches. A lot of options for coffee shops, restaurants.

There is rest area for passengers very convenient. Traveling for a long or short trip or collecting a loved one, the Multi-Storey Car Park B is a state-of-the-art Premium car park facility to meet your needs. Located adjacent to the new passenger terminal building, your car is parked minutes from check-in or meet and greet area.

I really loved the atmosphere. Awesome airport. Everything was there. I haven't been to a lot of airports in my life. Maybe 8-10 airports. The best I loved was Changi international airport as I was there for some years. After that I visited Bahrain international airport and overall food, atmosphere, helping staffs everything I can tell 10/10. I loved the pearl lounge access. Delicious food unlimited buffet worth it. The only thing I don't like is 3hr access to hotels inside the airport. As some will have a layover of more than 10 hrs and some will have less than 6 hrs. This is suitable and good only for people who have less layovers as I had close to 20 hrs layover and they said u can book for 3hrs and after additional we have to pay for every hr. I know the airport is a place where people will float. But still that 3hr to be extended minimum 6hr. That makes sense. Staying inside the airport is expensive too. Overall 5/5 with no doubt.

Airport as a whole is good, the roof concept of lighting is ideal. One thing is the best that there is no sitting lounges so one can walk every where till his flight us announced. The worst of its Kind. There is no sleeping rooms in case flight is delayed as Gulf air is like a taxi. No control on flight times. They are delayed many times by 3 to 4 hours. So no rooms to spend peaceful time. Secondly insight every thing is very expensive. And they don't accept any other country currency. Usually duty free shops are cheep but in Bahrain Airport is reverse. Meal on board was moderate, staff was OK can't rank them with other airlines I travelled with. Airport staff was much better and cooperative.

Best options for sleeping in pods at bahrain hotel and Pearl lounge has a very big space of sitting and good food as well. Must try sleeping pods for 3 hrs if you have credit card. Its free on most of the cards and taking only 10$ for govt fee otherwise more than 60$ fee

Open, clean, fabulous kids play area which has a small trampoline, blocks, over-sized games and electronic gaming areas. Reasonable selection of good quality Bahraini touristic items and the usual duty free items. Water foundations outside toilets to refill water bottles.

Very impressive, neat and clean new terminal. With several food and retail outlets. Free wifi is limited which can be issue for longer transit. Should be totally free like at most international airports. But a pleasant surprise vs. Old Airport. Good addition and update for travellers. Thanks.

Not a very big airport. The area is new and clean. There are many seats available throughout the terminal. Many recline seats too. The security scan is quite slow (seem like they use computer, not human look at the scan). Many food shops open from kfc/burger king to more fancy restaurant.

What a lovely airport. Several shops and food outlets. It has several playstation areas for the kids, but this was closed at the time Huge screen in the centre. However, the screen was playing random images which was looped. Not really much to do there. Plenty of seating areas.

It was a beautiful experience when I chose to be the station for complete my trip, I was surprised by the decorations, luxurious shops, standardized services, and the most important thing about cleanliness. It is also the first experience on Gulf Air and I advise everyone to try it 👍

The new terminal is very calm, spacious and family friendly. Took a connecting flight here with my family and it was a very positive experience. I’d be happy to travel through here again.

Bahrain new airport is amazing and well organized. All services available and there are many duty free shops. There also many restaurants and coffee shops. The setting areas are nice and comfortable and equipped with power outlets and USP for charging electronic devices There is also hotel offer hourly charges for rooms and capsules (minimum charge is 3 hours.
