My daughters got a six months membership at the ladies' section of Fitness Track and loved the equipment but hated the crammed space and bad building. It always smelled of food at the entrance and the elevator is like a death trap.

Been working out there for a week know and honestly it’s such a well designed and equipped gym. It has all you need and multiple machines so you don’t have to even worry about waiting. The staff are helpful and the owner is a very professional and understanding person. Pricing are very reasonable for what your getting. I highly recommend it.

Possibly the best gym in Muharraq, two problems with the gym one is that they dont offer water in the gym if you want you should buy and parking is a hassle.

However, While I understand the importance of maintaining a pleasant environment, I found the way this situation was handled to be both humiliating and inappropriate. Instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere where natural aspects of exercise are accepted, the management chose to address the issue in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable. in short, they humiliate you if they get a chance. good luck.

Fitness track is a great gym . It’s 2 levels . Top part for upper body , bottom level for legs. The staff is very friendly and chilled. Overall experience is awesome. The gym has great space .

There is no parking and the gym is often crowded, making it difficult to use the equipment you need. Price and lack of some equipment are the biggest concerns.

I can’t speak to the female gym, but on the men’s side there’s nothing I needed to do my lifting that they didn’t have. It can be a gym full of machines and good staff but my experience wasn’t good at all, I am a content creator and I said when I arrived there, when I tried to make a video of myself they require me that is not allowed, I can understand the people and their different religions that’s why I decided to cancel the same day the membership, the answer was they will not give me my money back even though I paid in cash so they don’t need to make any transactions across the bank. I didn’t sign any paper that says they will not give me money in return. So I went just 1 day for 30 min I told them I’ll pay the cost of this day wich is 5bhd and even like this they told me they will not give me my money back, I’m a worker that have to do many hours to earn this money, this is my worst experience in Bahrain.
