Lovely forest park on the edge of Monaghan town. It's got lakes, sculptures of giants, children's play area, castle ruins, a walled garden, several walks, a coffee hut and plenty of free parking. The whole park is free to visit and you can spend hours here.

Still lots left to explore but love what I’ve seen so far and my doggies do too. Several walks available, at varying levels of difficulty. There are also accessible paths for people who might have restricted mobility. There’s a coffee dock, which is always a welcome sight, including sheltered seating and the playground makes me wish I was a kid again.

This a gem of a find . Beautiful park grounds, which were part of the old Rossmore family estate, which are free to enjoy. There's plenty of parking and pinic bench seating available located on the grassed area. The amenities are toilets, playground ( which is gated and fenced in for childrens safety), theres two carryout offers , coffee and food huts with undercover seating . Three coloured walking / wheelchair routes that you can choose from depending on your individual needs.

Nice & big park, I love to walk there. Very good for everyday walk with friends, dog or on your own. And you can get coffee, smoothie or a bite on the go πŸ™ƒπŸ™‚
