The eastern European woman robbed the Strawberries from my cup I am very unsatisfied with the service displayed that I couldn't enjoy " the meg" please add signs saying that you can't over fill it.

From day one this cinema has been a pleasure to attend movies. The cinemas are always warm, seating is very good, toilets always clean, and a great range of movies. This cinema wins the best Oscar for the best manageress and her staff who no matter when we attend the cinema, make us very welcome and go the extra mile to facilitate any issues we may have. Other entertainment venues could take a leaf out of how this venue is so customer friendly and makes you want to return. Great to have this cinema in Monaghan and with COVID restrictions lifted would love to see full houses return to this venue.

Nice place easy to get through. Toilets clean, cinema and seat not as clean. Staff polite but indecisive. Kids loved it.

Fairly good cinema the max had super viewing with excellent sound quality. The shop is fairly expensive. Great parking facilities loads of spaces even on busy nights. A lot of the movies are main stream rubbish, they need to show more homegrown stuff. Apart from that 100%.

Great big comfy seats just giving 3 stars because there was only one way to pay with bank card and that was by using the machine which A.) There weren't many of and B.) One of them wasn't working. To make that more frustrating it waited until you keyed in all your info., i.e., film, seat no., amount, etc., and then when you were about to charge it to your card it decided just not to accept your card saying there was an error. Without knowing this before hand this meant you wasted a lot of time. Luckily the film hadn't yet started. The place was otherwise very clean and the staff were friendly.
