Excellent service, doctor is lovely

I've gotten glasses at this Specsavers for years. The staff works well together, quickly moving customers through the process of paperwork, exams, tests, and help choosing frames. So far, they have been excellent at correcting ant difficulties, often my own doing. They've been amazing at fixing glasses that I've accidentally damaged, at no extra charge. I've also appreciated the fact that the staff still wear masks. Although customers are no longer required to wear masks, the staff do so because of concern for customers who are immunocompromised.

Fantastic staff really friendly place if you need your eyes looked at.

Very good service, was dealing with two ladies. One named Jade and the other Laura, very patient and helpful. Would recommend.

Very friendly staff and they do a great job of taking care of your needs. Had to only give 3 star as I had to make 4 appointments due to their side and when i finally got there i was late by 12 minutes due to the bus being late and they turned me away. I won't be going back.

If I could give a zero I would. Very unprofessional director tried to make a scene in front of customers very sad really they don’t deserve any business in the ballina area. Told to wear glasses that I couldn’t see out of and they would not refund I am questioning my sons prescription now if I was anyone looking for an opticians I would stay clear of this branch of Specsavers it’s horrendous it’s no wonder they always have different staff. So if anyone has children or even for themselves be very careful going in here. Specsavers have a no quibble policy but ballina have not respected that at any point. Don’t even try and complain either because it will get you nowhere only back to the store who won’t help🙄amazed that the person that is the director gets away with it with Specsavers putting their name at the end of it. They got my sons prescription wrong too I went up to gavins up the road and their service is amazing and no mistakes which is very important. They are kind and very honest. Specsavers had me add on anti glare and apparently that is not recommend for children and that came from the hospital.

Disgraceful service.go elsewhere.I was running ten mins late for my child's eye appointment, traveled from Kiltimagh to ballina,I rang them out of courtesy and they would not see us after all that.they have no problem making you wait at least 15 or 20mins enen if you are on time though!! Very bad businrss.Steer clear.

Lovely friendly, courteous staff. Eye test was very thorough. Great selection of frames. My husband and I very satisfied with our new glasses. Thank you for all your assistance.
