    I recently discovered Power-Rowing in Greystones. As an active Masters Rower, I can feel the benefit of the Erg classes after only 5 classes! It’s also great fun. If you’re going to try one new thing this year to improve your strength and fitness, try this 👍 Yvonne Williams

    Mike's class is fantastic. Mike is incredible at what he does and we can see he is really passionate about it. Mike is an excellent coach and he truly cares about you. He gave me a lot of advice on the proper rowing technique. Without a doubt the best class based workout I’ve ever taken part in. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommended. Thanks, Mike!

    Fantastic total fitness workout with excellent coaching and a really great group atmosphere, pound for pound there is no better low impact -high intensity exercise than rowing which develops fitness, strength and stamina

    I have been doing indoor rowing class with Mike for 2+ years - it’s a great workout and the time taken Vs benefits accruing are well worth it. Low impact and never had an injury.

    Power-Rowing is a brilliant club and Mike who runs it is great! Indoor rowing is such good exercise for the whole body! I highly recommend Power-Rowing!!

    I started taking Mikes classes as i had some injuries from running so wanted to try to build core strength and get some fitness back and decided to give rowing ago after hearing good reports about it. Mikes classes are well structured and good fun. They last an hour with a mix of rowing and core exercises, you don't notice the hour going by and get a great workout. Mike is a very attentive instructor and takes time to make sure your rowing technique is correct and also brings the class along together in the sessions. Classes are great fun, you'll get a great workout, highly recommended.

    I've been taking rowing classes with Mike for the last three years. Mike is a dedicated and experienced rower and myself and others I know have benefited hugely from the experience he brings to the sessions. Mike is an attentive instructor, always happy to answer questions relating to fitness and improving your rowing technique. I have learned a lot in the time I've been rowing and owe that to Mike's thorough and professional teaching. The classes are fun, and the music is pretty decent too! I highly recommend taking part.

    Mike's rowing classes are fun and very motivating. Discovering rowing has been a game-changer for me personally. I'm not into going to gym and I was finding it hard to boost my activity beyond walking and the occasional hike. But since Mike got me into rowing, the numbers speak for themselves - I shed 16kg and improved my BP by 30 points, and I've found it sustainable too, whereas I really doubt I'd have stuck with any other form of regular exercise. I'd recommend rowing to anyone, and I'm delighted to recommend Mike's coaching too!

    We’ve been going to Mike’s classes for a long time. It’s a really great all-over workout, and charges up body and mind when we do regular classes. Mike really knows his stuff and motivates without pushing people beyond their limits. He knows that good technique is the best way to get full benefits and build fitness. The rowing machines are well spaced apart and are kept spotlessly clean. Mike has a down-to-earth style and an interesting playlist! Overall, it’s excellent.
