taking
Mikes
classes
as
i
had
some
injuries
from
running
so
wanted
to
try
to
build
core
strength
and
get
some
fitness
back
and
decided
to
give
rowing
ago
after
hearing
good
reports
about
it.
Mikes
classes
are
well
structured
and
good
fun.
They
last
an
hour
with
a
mix
of
rowing
and
core
exercises,
you
don't
notice
the
hour
going
by
and
get
a
great
workout.
Mike
is
a
very
attentive
instructor
and
takes
time
to
make
sure
your
rowing
technique
is
correct
and
also
brings
the
class
along
together
in
the
sessions.
Classes
are
great
fun,
you'll
get
a
great
workout,
highly
recommended.
