Food can be very good, It depends whose working. 💪 👷‍♀️ 🤔

Nothing special at all. Perhaps it was an off day. Fish was dry and the batter was burnt. The chips were neither here nor there. The mushy peas were watery. Another diner spoke to us and complained about his two pieces of fish saying he'd often seen bigger fish fingers! And it's quite pricey too. I hate to write a negative review, but customers need to know. As I've already stated, perhaps this was on off day. Lots of room for improvement.

Daylight robbery for a fish and chip. Food is as tasty as it ever was but the quantity has been halved. Very disappointed a fish and chip now is like the old single fish.

Honestly, it might’ve been a place to visit back in the day, but that’s all it is…. A place living of an old reputation… I got a large bag of chips (€5.95) chicken breast and chips (€9.80), curry sauce (€3.30) and two bottles of coke (€5/€2.50per bottle). Chips were freshly cooked, but they were very greasy and for the portion size could not justify the price. Extremely mediocre at best portion. The chicken breast, this was a roasted chicken breast and as I quote myself “was drier than Ghandi’s flip flop”. I’m sure it might’ve been a one off but I still think for basically €10 I’d expect more chips than what was given. Not all bad though, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. If you request something they will make sure it is done as requested. Friendly and all! Just the menu is very much, overpriced for what you get & food is at best, 2 star quality

Over €8 for a kids chicken nuggets and chips. 3 nuggets and 10 chips (so little there it was easy to count!!). The food quality was good but quantity meant it was not good value for money.

I got chicken fillet burger. The food quality is good but it was a bit too dry in my opinion. The burger comes with salad lettuce slice of tomato onions something was missing that made it dry.. maybe a burger sauce? The owner running the place.. burger sauce please and I will be regular. The service is excellent .. love the fact that its all ladies. Its a take away but the Location is excellent not far from the town park. Would love to try their fish next time.

Great food and very good service as always, but expensive though almost 20 euro for 2 puece fillet and two bags of chips. I understand the price rises with food due to the current situation but still very expensive

Tried first to ring and was told that they were not taking orders via telephone. Then ordered food in there and onion rings were left out of the bag when we got it. We ordered two cod which were not cooked properly at all and the burger was comparable to a car tyre. Chips were also stuck together and of poor quality. Definitely not going again. Horrendous.

Food was excellent. Bit pricey tho 5.60 for a bag of chips. You would near want a 4 Stone bag for that sorta money
