I would like to commend the manager, who dealt this evening with a customer, that clearly had a mental health disability. She had patience, while he was clearly agitated, confused and upset. I was content to see how she spoke to him, reassured him and dealt with him. Well done, you treated him with respect, humanity and compassion. She was a very good manager. People with disabilities, mental health problems, etc, they just need to be respected, heard, calmed and reassured. Kindness goes a long way. Thankyou to the manager, an staff dealing with this young man, he just wanted to be heard. Well done.

This is unnapceptable the manager is so rude and unpolite, she insults the customers. The place is unclean and it doesn't have windows, which makes it overwhelming. The bathrooms are filthy and you can't never find WC paper. I do not recommend this place better stay away from it. The is a Subway in front of it which definetly deserves to be visited.

Almost all people who work there are very rude to us, we always have to eat in 10min we can never stay longer. When I eat madconalds I expect a good reception.

It was packed, the food was just hot could of been hotter....this place needs to move out to where KFC was and it would do better it's such a cramped small building and parking on a busy time is ridiculous...it needs a drive through...

I stop here often to break up a 5hr journey food is fine service is good but its always freezing the air conditioning is blowing out cold air its desperate McDonald's Monaghan you need to sort this out there is no pleasure in sitting in the cold to eat

McDonalds keeps its class!!!! As most of the McDs I've visited, this one was really good. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Food was up to the quality and as it was with the shopping centre, there was lot of parking lots available.

Ordered happy meal for child burger was fluded with ketchup fries cold and soft and that's not first time happening and the toy was from last week not the new ones that was on display left child wery disappointed ☹️

I had the big mac the french fries were really good & warm but the burger - specially the beef patty was particularly cold. The service is not bad , in fairness the staff is very attentive & friendly but its not the cleanest McDonald I have been too. I noticed some people would not clean after themselves. They will eat and leave the trays on the table. so I don’t blame the staff. But maybe they should have a sign please pick up your trays and place them N the designated area? Or increase the number staff attending to tables to clean? No unpaid parking for the customers So if you wish to sit in you have to pay for the parking. Not expensive but its a hassle

Food placed in bags should be folded not left open for food to cool down

Very bad reception. We can eat of course but not stay more than 15 minutes. Disappointed

Probably one of the poorer run McDonalds. Front desk is small so even just 5 people waiting for orders make it feel cramped.

Food is cold and ordered a burger with bacon forgot the bacon and everything was cold like I said this is only for takeaway if you sit in amazing stuff and very friendly staff. Recommend to sit in rather than takeout

For breakfast, they forgot the maple syrup sauce. And then they forgot my barbecue sauce. But overall, food is good, service, not really.

Going when it's slightly busier will mean that you get super fresh food. Make sure to check that all items are in the bag...

It's McDonald's so what can one say. But it was the first time I got table service at a McDonald's which worked very well. Toilets were clean. Pay parking seems to be the order of the day though unfortunately, but I may possibly be wrong on this point🤷‍♂️

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me with the children to settle them in and it was a great experience in general

It is what it is. Having said that, it's kept very clean and the staff are really helpful. Sit-in or takeaway, the food is always tasty.

Tables and bins covered in rubbish and empty trays. Staff don't seem to care about cleaning up or emptying the bin so that people can clean up after themselves. The food was good though.

Forgot one of the burgers, chips were freezing and half filled. Mcflurry was half filled. Big mac burger must have been put into the box and thrown at the wall, I literally had to rebuild the thing. It's not hard to stack a burger. Supposed to get 2 dips with 9 nuggets and only got 1. Not the first time any of this has happened either.
