Wimpy is mostly my favourite go to eat place everytime I go to malls, but so far this one didn’t really meet my expectations . The food was okay it wasn’t bad at all but for some reason it didn’t hit the mark . The service was not as good as non of the waiters came to check on us not even once after we got our food . The atmosphere is great, very open space enough light comes in . Was just annoyed by the nose the kids made

What a pleasant experience I had this morning. Kenaya was such an amazing waitress, she attended to every request that we had and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for your amazing service, we will be visiting soon 😊

Everything was perfect coffee was hot as I asked food on time Nelisa as our waitress for the day was so lovely keep checking if we were still ok with food. Not forget to mention those at the back who make sure that everything is done on time. Keep it up team.

This Wimpy branch is pleasantly surprising in that the service was really good and the food was a decent portion. There is a good blend of seating and friendly welcomes from the server staff - even though they were working under pressure. Food was well-prepared and resembled pictures on the menu (many fall down on this aspect). Despite the mall bathroom in sight, the Wimpy has its own bathroom which was neat and clean. The wait for food was short and server staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant experience and the waiter(Ahlume) introduced us to the wimpy app which we will be using going forward. She is a great asset to the restaurant. Thank you.
