Great spot for a walk or to sit and relax. Best to park near the wild fig and explore that side of the river. Only downside is the litter left by careless people and that the river sometimes smells bad.

Beautiful fresh water, so clear you could even drink it. Absolutely no litter anywhere and a beautiful view of the cars coming over the highway. 10/10 recommend!

First time walking here. Sad to see all the pollution in the river. Was very windy, so we'll head back another time. Some benches had no seats. Lovely views of Table Mountain. Plenty birdlife. Don't recommend walking here alone, especially women.

In the middle of urban development this long stretch of waterways and greenery provides a beautiful park to exercise and walk yourself and your dogs. The abundant bird life is a treat. Parts of the park look landscaped with indigenous plants and trees. Truly a stretch of unspoilt natural gardens that must be protected for local residents and visitors to enjoy. Long may it remain!

Relaxing atmosphere and day well spent with family.

What a wonderful little park hidden in the plain sight of an urban area. It's easily accessible and great for walks, dogs, or taking a timeout from a busy day. Plenty of birds to observe and lots of vegetation growing in the river. People are perhaps not as friendly because it's quite near an urban area so stay alert when walking or exploring the area. The pathway is great for wheelchair users who can navigate a long stretch with easily accessible parking. No bathrooms on site.

Just excellent, a convenient recreational area. I just love walking on the trail and breath the clean air.

I walk my dog here. Lovely, open spaces for her zoomies in the long grass. Beautiful views of the river, birds and trees.
