A guy Gordon did help me. I was looking for two Michelin . There was no michelin in the Western Cape. Gordon said only Hankook in the Western Cape. He said it will take a hour. Just before two hours he call. The guys put its quick in.

I was there today to get the Discovery thing installed, but the guy wasn't helpful at all and insulted my broker. Will never go here again if this is the kind of attitude their staff has towards customers.

Got a new tyre fitted efficiently . A bit more expensive but had the size and quality in stock .

Well, There's mostly men working there, I think from a business perspective and equity they should employ more females and maybe make them the first people you see when you enter the space. You don't have to be smiling with customers all the time but damn, make us feel welcome at least. Enjoy. Thumbs-up and follow should you agree.

Im still trying to understand what exactly happend to my allignment.i took my bakkie in to them because i just put new tyres on about 4 months ago.i noticed my bakkie was pulling to the left,so obviously it needs wheel allignment.after they did some work to it,and took it for a test drive twice,they informed me that i needed longer bolts on my upper strut mounting on the left.i said that they should do whatever they needed to to rectify the problem.the answer was pretty straight forward,"Sorry sir,we cant do it"..i was told i had to source the bolts myself and come back again to do the allignment.i accepted this but was quite concerned that my tires would run off due to it not being right.i was consoled by the guys that the allignment was correct,and that everything would be fine.i paid my R744 bill and assumed it would be.now 4 months down,my tires are worn off on the inside so much,that i doubt il get 10000km out of them.i took it to a competitor in the area,and they were more than happy to get new bolts,reallign everything,and sort out the issue.strange how a big company like tiger could not fix something as simple as a longer bolt with some extra spacers.in the end,it cost me a set of front tyres,which at cheapest,are R1700 each.upset does not really start to explain how i feel.ripped off by a well known tyre company...does.
