Had worst experience of my life at the hospital. Very rude, careless and ignorant staff. Not such thing as professionalim there. The staff does not even know how to treat patients. Seems like no one there know how to handle any situation and how to deal with patients. Strong advice not to go there. Please go anywhere else but do not go to that hospital.

Very good hospital for women and children, on a good location outside the city. Very well maintained hospital having neat and clean atmosphere. Staff is very helpful to patients and their relatives. Private rooms are well maintained, have attach washroom in them. There is a canteen on ground floor to take meals.

Really feel guilty that hospital has not accepting debit or credit card payments except cash which is so ridiculous in 21 century as management savings thousands and thousands rupees of income and sale taxes. Government must take appropriate action against all medical hospitals who only accept cash payments.

Very very rude staff on reception . No body guide u . Waiting time is more tha 3-4 hours very poor and bad service . Both the girls shouting on asking how much time will more take i recommend to everyone please bhaiyo agar free ho tbhi jana agar ijjat nhi to phir jana because girls second nhi lgati counter pe bezti krne me .

Very bad experience with this hospital, No porpore sitting arrangement, not token system available and unnecessary test and scanning taken and medicine also given on print rate. Staff behaviour also not good.

While doctor is good and listens patiently, hospital staff and management lacks commen sense.. Which is not common unfortunately. It's a Gynaecology and child specialist hospital... Patients come as couples but male and female are asked to sit separately in waiting area, husbands are not allowed to accompany while discussion with doctor. Doctor calls for 2-3 patients together for discussion and poor patient is forced to discuss problem in front of other patients.Attendents are rude and staff at front desk continue chit chatting while someone is standing there.. PS- Doctor Dhillon is very good at profession. This review is for hospital OPD process and management.

Very costly, medicines are very expensive. No emergency service of doctor. Untrained and unprofessional staff. One need to pay high consultation fee for emergency 400 rs for unexperienced nurse......just money minded doctor ..

Doctor Pardeep Kaur Dhillon is one of the experienced Dr. Over all atmosphere of hospital in regard of cleanliness and all is good but reception's staff is so rude and illiterate, they. Dont even listen,whenever you call on reception they will talk so rudely, even when you met them at hospital,,,,,again they hv the same behaviour.... Genuinely speaking if these reviews maintains hospitals reputation .....then I suggest the team please change your receptionist staff or ask them atleast behave properly with patients.... People were come for their inquiries nd in their first visit they could not understand the things nd they sre already suffer with a lot.... You people were there to serve them so please i listen them nd guide them properly .

Dr pankaj choudhary is the worst and irresponsible doctor.

The problem is here whenever you call at reception, it is busy and when the call is made, it does not pick up, even after calling for half an hour, it hesitates to pick up the call.

Doctors are very experienced .cleanliness is excellent... But nurses behavior is not good.
