My experience was very bad, the doctor had earlier said that she would do hydra facial but later she sent her assistant. Which was not expected. I paid 3k for it, but they don't care for anything.

I called them and they said we are free you can come straight away no need for appointment But literally after 5 mints when I reached there and Doctor took an hour to address me. The weirdest thing was they were allowing the patients who came after me. RECEPTIONIST was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely need more training and communication skills. Later, when I met Dr, at first she took her receptionist's side but after long conversation with Dr, she said that patient who was given priority was her family and family is always first but afterwards she said he was mentally ill which anyhow doesn't satisfy to be a valid reason but anyhow at end she admitted that fault was on her receptionist's side (communication fault) Finally I'm ending up with giving her a 4 star only because she dealt with me very professionally and respectfully. Would highly recommend for a experienced and genuine advise.

Dr. is very sincere and intelligent. I got my acne treatment done and later on hydrafacial treatment. I got full satisfaction with both the treatments. Her staff is also well trained. Thank you m'am for your counselling and treatment!

Two days ago, I went to the doctor to consult a hydrafacial on acne-prone skin. Whether I can get it done or not, the doctor did it at his own risk, but later my skin got burnt and pimples also increased. she just ruined my skin for just money. This is just unbelievable
