So I was travelling overnight in volvo bus from Jammu to Chandigarh and our bus took dinner stopage at this place. Place was open around 12:30 midnight, bathroom we're clean, good parking space. But the dhaba was overcharging alomost 50% over and above printed rates and on questioning staff was quite rude.

My bus stopped here and we had take lunch there. Food was quite good and price was also very nominal. Staffs were also very polite and cooperative. Overall good experience... When I go to the washroom there is no problem for everyone. Hand wash are available there.. And also sanitized the area.

I will not recommend this place to anyone because of Staff behaviour is very bad and the best part is food is worst .i think they are surviving stale food. Don't eat or stay this place. I don't know how they get 3.2 rating this place deserve 1 rating.

I don't understand how can they charge 10₹-20₹ more than MRP? I don't know why we people don't raise our voice and pay what they demand? Not only packed items are costly, but food they serve is also at a higher end and what they do is they give salad without any prior intimation and even if you eat one piece they they gonna charge you extra 50₹.

It's an amazing enroute location to have some great food. Totally loved there hospitality. Will surely visit again. Loved it !!!!

It has literally been the worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant. I mean, it was shitt.. I ordered veg thali and later saw SPL thali, I asked them if I could upgrade to SPL thali but they denied. A person visiting their restaurant should hold the slip and wait in queue so that they'll prepare your order and the worst part was I waited for like 15 minutes even though I was the 2nd person to order and they took my order after 7-8 people. And let me tell you the most pathetic part - their food sucked. Completely disorganised restaurant and poorly serviced.

We have placed the order of Rice and Carri Pakoda. I was surprised that the quality of Carri Pakoda is worst and quantity of pakoda is 2 number and food quality was very poor. Further order of Lassi which was in term as well as quality concern. Thus over all experience was not good.

One of the worst hotel on the way. The staff on the cash desk is rude. They don't accept any instant mobile phone payment system. Worst thing is no food is fresh especially when you are eating at night. The green salad cut in the morning, is served till the night without proper cover or care. Khubsoorat is just the name. Everything else is bad.

I was traveling by Volvo from Vaishno Devi to Delhi and stoppage at this Dhaba. Bad thing is overcharge of even Cold Drink and snacks. Cold drinks cost is 20rs they will charge you 25 and would not return you 5rs. Which means it will going to cost you 30rs. If you ask about return they will simple ignore and look for other person. Rest is about its charge about Dinner. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. Owner need to TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATELY TO STOP IT.

I have visited khubsurat dhaba first time my experience was so dumb coz the faculty was not friendly with customer they behave like they are giving free services I stead of this you must reach home or take a good meal

Poor food quality and service, waiter give few pcs of onion , radish and tomato , onion was with roots, which u get complimentary every where ...but they charged for it, paneer butter masala was full of tomato pcs (u can say gravy) no feeling of butter masala. Roti was so hard can't explain, service was one step up of quality no tissue, if u asked 2-3 time only then its provided. Sugar+ saunf (mouth freshner) was placed on a counter, waiter said "wahan se le lo".... what a hospitality...

It's a okay kinda place but rates are also huges they mint money for customers who are on a journey and they are bound to have food there, it's setting between drivers and owner of this restaurant..kindly avoid if u are traveling by your own vehicle.

A good place for taking meals. But it is too much costly. Market price varies here a lot. Here a packet of lays (Rs 20)costs you Rs 25. Similarly cost of various cold drinks varies along with food costs.

This place is a bus stop for private Volvo Busses. The food they give is not good and also they don't have a good menu. Price they charge don't justify the quality and quantity of food they provide. One may found something better than this.
