It's a semi-reasonable place to stay at. The rooms are excellent with excellent views. Room service can be improved a bit more. Food is good. Only at times of rush in the restaurant there are chances of waiting for seating and service might be a little slow. Yet the people serving are friendly and very cooperative. The first floor had a fitness centre and a swimming pool for people that are health conscious. It was a lovely vacation there.

Hotel is clean, food is clean, well located. Strongly recommended. Special thanks to Mr Gurmeet Singh, duty manager who put me in contact with a local guide Mr Jasswinder Singh. Any Europe / US travelers, I highly suggest you get in touch with these men for a complete tour experience.

It's all about how positively this property takes the feedback. First of all I would talk about the positive point then for the opportunity areas. Positive - The complete staff is humble and professional (except restaurant). Lobby and outer premises of the property is well maintained. Also, I must mention that I got one level complimentary room upgrade to deluxe room (I was looking to book the same category but it was sold out on all web portals however front desk staff offered that to me on complimentary basis) Opportunity Area - Rooms need refurbishment/renovation. Mini bar is empty. Restaurant staff is absolutely trying hard to be the best but need a lot of improvement (its completely based on my experience, as I am writing this review today from my room no. 209 in the property and just half an hour back my 5 year old son found blood in a raw/under cooked mutton piece). No complaints about it because my son did not have that piece and also chef came to our table to apologize but our experience was spoiled and we are afraid of having non-veg cuisine now in the property. Its completely hotel management's decision, if they would like to work upon the feedback and a suggestion to viewers of this review. You can surely stay at the property to enjoy the hospitality of staff but restaurant must be avoided. Regards,

The property is realy nice.. And the people over there are very helping, my wife was not feeling well early in the morning 3.45 am and the people like Amrit and Beant arranged hotel cab and till we were in hospital the cab was waiting for us outiside and took us to hotel back. Realy good and best service giving in town.. And they have shuttle sewa to drop golden temple in 3 times a day of free of cost. Thank you radisson Amritsar ❤️🙏

Lovely hotel! The rooms were spacious and the hotel staff was very warm and friendly. Specifically Mr. Ashok, Mrs. Pravinda and his team served us the delicious breakfast buffet.

Very comfy rooms. Fitness centre well maintained. Mrs. Chandani was very warm in her hospitality. Delicious food. Spacious rooms. Suggestion to management: Please keep packaged drinking water instead of your filtered water. It brings trust for the customer.

my experience at this hotel was best of the best. The staff of the hotel is also very good and Ms.Chandani was quick responsive. The quality of rooms and room service was also excellent, if you are thinking to stay here then just go blindly and book your rooms.

Rooms are clean, well supplied with amenities. Room service is fast with great choices on the menu. The reception staff are very welcoming! Give their buffet brrakfast, lunch and dinner a try as it is priced reasonably and has decent choices of food and drink. Recommended place to stay comfortably and it is close to the airport.

From the beginning, welcome was very good, The staff helped us in every way, from guiding and seeing around. Even ambience and all were nice. Food Quality - 4 Value for money - 4 Ambiance - 5 Hygiene - 3 Service - 4 Taste - 4 Over all - 4 The hotel has a beautiful interior and the location is very good. Although I didn't like the pool. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was nice but they should work on hygiene as I could see the flies in the dining hall. The washroom sink was jammed. Also it was difficult to switch the hand shower to the head shower. These small things they need to do to make visits regular at least my. Although I will visit once more to see if any improvement and if there are then I will continue otherwise have to look for an alternative.

Good: Staff is ever smiling and helpful. Bad: Rooms are not well maintained. Issue with Door, Bath tub were turnoffs during our stay.

Wonderful experience everyone was polite and respectful specifically Amrit and Bipin. Myself and my husband loved the atmosphere of the hotel. One more thing if you would like to add is jacuzzi and bathing on the site on pool to enhance otherwise best services and best pricing. Thanks for making us feel home while our stay.

Near the airport which is convenient however the rooms centralised air conditioning dod not work after multiple complaints still it was not resolved. The food was not up to the mark and did not feel fresh enough to be palatable.

Very bad experience, checked in late around 10. 30 pm, in the room AC was not working, no air circulation, on repeated follow-ups it was ok. Flush was not working. Front desk was totally unresponsive. Worst was to come, service in breakfast was poor, only 1 to 2 persons seemed to be running around. A manager, Sanjeev Kumar flatly refused to give an order in the Kitchen. Baring being spacious property, Next to airport, service, facilities and food not upto the mark at all. Please check for other properties over this.

Amazing place to spend your vacation. Rooms were really neat and clean. Staff was really helpful and kind, especially their manager on duty- Amit Chawla. He was great and fulfilled all our special requests and also guided us through tourist attractions nearby and about the food places. Great customer service

Checked into room no 419, requested for smoking room, request accepted, neat clean rooms wifi access, easy remote TV, great ambience at lobby, sumptuous breakfast. Excellent reception, polite staff, very fast room service. All in all a beautiful experience. Keep it up Raddison Blu, Amritsar

Stayed 2 days ....room given on 1st day was sub optimal and bathtub room booked was not ready....room given on second day was excellent with good pool view, bathtub and better interior maintenance....breakfast was not at all 5star level, doesn't come close to what Radisson maintains in other cities. Expected more from the Radisson brand. Definitely not bad though.

We went there for spa. No one was there. Service was not that up to the mark. I can't say about room because we never booked room there. The guard of lobby was judging us while entering he was asking us that where you want to go. He shouldn't supposed to do that. Ambiance was not so good .

Awesome place for relaxing 😌. Best hotel in Amritsar. Staff behaviour is to nice. Rooms are so neat & clean and comfortable. The food service is just brilliant. Next time I would like to stay here again with my friends.

Staff is not at all welcoming except couple of them.Been staying in Radisson across locations in India and abroad and hence booked this in Amritsar but never had such bad experience.Low rating is for the staff attitude and pathetic service in Restaurant and during checkin.No one to manage guest in restaurant - no cutlery available always have to request to the staff and they showing weird expression or arguments...food and juices are kept empty for long time and no one cares to fill in or ask a customer if they need ..always have to inform the staff and if you are lucky you get it or just keep waiting and then leave the restaurant without having it.Seems staff feels they are doing favor to guest.Not sure how management overlooks this and while in restaurant it was not my experience but many of them were frustrated for something other which was clearly visible. Not only so-called complimentary breakfast service was worst same situation when we went for dinner. if staff cant connect with guest you don't want come back even if property is good enough.

Responsive staff, clean room and good breakfast. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. First day we had some issue with wedding group party being very loud. Manager Gurmeet Singh helped us move to different room. Pleasant stay from there.

I really liked this property. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, loved they way they used to decorate flower to wish good night, small but a sweet gesture. The stay was extremely comfortable. Room and bathroom was amazing as always but the best thing about this property is the staff. The service and the consistency that they maintain is out of the world. Special mention to the housekeeping Manager Mr Dhanjay , who was of great help to us during the stay and was able to understand our needs and deliver it to perfect.
