The rooms are in great condition with modern amenities. The wifi is little patchy but works most of the time. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and has plenty of options to choose from. Room service is quick and the location is decent. There’s a revolving restaurant at the top of this hotel and one must visit there to have a full view of the Jammu city.

I had my engagement in KC residency and the arrangement was beautiful😍 this is one of the best hotel of Jammu and the rooms are so beautiful and all the required facilities are available there. About the location, the beach is not good, in the sand you can meet little sharp rocks and depth in the water is very low, to get to enogh good depth you will have to walk far in to the sea but when you will reach the point there will be too much of sea weed in the water. They have a restaurant, food with good quality, but even serving simple spagetti took more than 30 minutes. Which is ...very long. That is actually it about all bad moments. I can say for sure that is is a greaaaaat place. Location except beach is great! It is a little far from center citywhich is a good point if you want to relaxat beutifull place. It is in the jungel, near beach. Really good. as well as I want to mention that they have a good security there and during day, and during night. About the establishment. All of there rooms and villas are sound proof from possible noise outside. Quality of cleaned rooms is top. In the middle of resort they have 3 pools. First, close to reception, pool for children, I guess it was made there for 'just in case' if the kids will decide to swim without there parents attention, so that somebody from reception can keep an eye on them.

One of the oldest hotels in Jammu with a revolving restaurant. Room views are of old city and roof tops. Service is pretty good. Breakfast is sumptuous. Place is mostly booked during marriage season. Mutton raan at the restaurant is a must try. Takes time to cook. One plate is enough for 6. Overall found better than a few new ones near the Railway Station.

Great experience as a guest in the heart of old city Jammu. This site is situated in a center of city with precious decoration. Good arrangement for all types of party, accommodation or bussiness dealing. Very easy to approach for all type of convenience. Near by a famous temple of Raghunath ji. It's a strange place. There is a bar on the first floor and a revolving restaurant on the 7th floor. In the revolving restaurant they serve Six Fields and Kotsberg draught beers on tap. But in the bar on the first floor, they serve only canned beer. Strange.

I had Gucci biryani in the falak restaurant which is at the top floor of this hotel and what this restaurant is a revolving one and you get a chance for the best sight seeing, if you’re in Jammu this restaurant is a must visit.

The revolving restaurant is a nice attraction. We ordered non veg platter..it was good. Main Course did not impress me.The roti nd laccha paratha could have been better- frankly it wasnt like Laccha Paratha at all. The chicken preparation was not what we expected..Basically boiled chicken pieces cooked for a while in buttery gravy. Not the kind of main course one would expect out of an upscale place. Full marks for courtesy, staff behaviors and overall feel and steps taken in the times of COVID-19.

Review for Palak Hotel on the 7th floor. Their staters are amazing especially the honey chicken and fish. We got full only having staters. It's a bit expensive for middle class but if they are going to this place once in a while then wroth going. I loved the ambiance and the services of the staff.

I went to Falak @k.c residency. The ambience was good, food was good. The only negative thing which i felt over there was the lack of space. The two tables which were adjacent to each other were too close. So lack of privacy.

I went to falak on valentine day. Ambience is great. Food is tasty especially non veg preparations but...... Service is too slow especially on big events or holidays. Like mine day was valentine day. But i cant say about other regular days

Had gone for get together with friends on the last day of recent food festivital. Don't know why, this was the first time had experience average food quality. The buffet was also limited and served cold sometimes. Had to remind them of serving different options

We had dinner at a lounge on sixth floor in a party thrown by our friend. And it was a stunning experience right from vallet parking to the party venue. Meals were delicious and the presentation , service and the interior designing coupled with a dim lit hall , echoing music with live singers crooning choice songs ....All was a heavenly experience...Must visit

If you are looking out for making an party booking in KC Regency then you should think first and book it. The food quality is poor. The chef has no idea what flavors should be added in a food and make it luscious. The management and hospitality was below standard. Due to bellow standard of management and hospitality the guests were pekish.

Went back after over a decade and nothing has changed. The restaurant falak offers amazing views and delicious food. The service is also good. Just the napkins need to change and the crockery and table decor needs an upgrade. I wish all the best to Falak as it signifies the heritage and royalty of Jammu. The ambiance is really nice. You can see the whole city just sitting on one place. But, the price of all dishes are pretty expensive as compared to the quality of the food.

All was good but as we were there after ordering the food it took them a lot of tym to serve and electricity also cut down and we had to ask as when our food will be on table. There was not so much sufficient space .. the area was too congested

Have been a loyal patron of Falak at KC from last so many years. But I guess they are a kind of worn out now, or maybe have started to take their customers lightly. 14th August we went for a family lunch, there were 7 of us. And to our astonishment there was a strand of hair coming out of the veggies. I have a video at hand of the same. I guess they have gone plain complacent about their service nowadays.

Falak is the revolving restaurant on top of KC Residency hotel and it's one of the premier restaurant of the city. One gets an eagle's eye view of the whole of Old city including Bahu fort across Tawi river. One should go there at night as the view and ambience is much better then. The food was Ok. Somehow salt was less both in the soup as well as main course on that day. We had ordered chicken sweetcorn soup as well as butter chicken and dal makhani for main course along with butter naan.. Telephonic booking in advance is advisable, specially on weekends if you want a window seat and do not want to stand waiting for tables to become available.

Super, no complaints. The food is the best, I have eaten in recent times. One suggestion, however, is that the toilet commode is fixed at a little height, which is inconvenient to short people.

Polite and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast spread. What i liked most was the location, it was close to some great eating joints. Do not search for this hotel on Google, the website is fake and is made for phising. Online booking should only be done through valid sites like MakeMyTrip, Agoda etc. I shared the fake site and the conman's bank details with hotel manager. Hope they took action and filed a complaint with cyber fraud department.

Service is also exceptional but just a feedback, staff require more refinement in terms of graceful deliverance. Apart parking is a issue, valet can help out in same but at end of the day safe parking of your vehicle is priority.

Hotel located in main city of Jammu and that is approachable. Hotel is old but they tried to maintained. Rooms are good and placed everything which we required as traveller. I got very disappointed from response rate of front desk executives, they found irresponsible and ignoring the ask of their customer. I personally felt for myself as well as one another customer. Hotel should focus on training part for their staff. Service in Resturant also found slow.

KC residency has since long been one of the most popular hotels in Jammu. Recently I visited The Terrace Sky Lounge of KC residency and was satisfied by the whole experience. The food was good and the ambience too was impressive. The best part for me was the live music performance by two young men. The singer was an exceptionally talented person who made our evening even better by his soulful rendition of popular songs. I haven't witnessed a better performance than theirs.

The ground hall is good looking but it kinda feels a bit conjusted ... I had a difficult time reaching the hotel due large traffic in area ...food although was good but the pineapple snack was just terrible . Everything was good but did felt over priced .
