Ambiance, attentive staff and the location made our stay a memorable one. Tasty food but limited choices, the restaurant staff are professional yet friendly, pleasant with a smile always. Receptionists and housekeeping are just a call away. Super quick service. Ambiance of indoor and outdoor restaurant areas are just mind blowing. Cleanliness is on point. Live music, camp fire, cold atmosphere over a mountain view made us to return back to the resort on time. Our presidential suite room had a 180degree view worth waking up early every morning. Everything was just perfect until the jacuzzi time! It wasn’t operating properly, no hot water. We informed and the staff came to fix it immediately but while we were enjoying the bath, one of the options stopped working. Also, it had leaked from somewhere and the small area around jacuzzi was flooded when I stepped out. Other than that, nothing was to complain about.

Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were more than happy to help. The front desk staff was especially helpful in providing me with directions to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. I was impressed with the level of service, cleanliness, and amenities provided. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It is a very nice place to stay and experience the beautiful valleys and mountains from your balcony. No words to describe the splendid beauty of the location. All credit to the right placement of this hotel. Food is also good and it has a nice open dining space while enjoying the spectacular views of Manali.

Nice location, nice view, friendly staff. But the room were average. Water does not flow through shower specially in morning. Better to fill bucket before bath. Hot water comes like a thread in morning peak time. Food was good but unfortunately we had a stomachache and had to call doctor. Not sure if it was good or water but something was for sure. Overall good for short trip.

I am so happy to stay in this hotel . But not too happy environmental like live music are very much disturbing every day evening . We can't enjoy in your private room. Room service people are not well communicate in English. Whole hotel staff 90% speak only Hindi . Every buffet is good for one time . Not all day buffet the reason y I m saying same food every time . They should change the menu items every time . Not all same concept. Cleaning is very good . Wifi is not working faster. Front office people are good. Food quality not upto mark.

Our room was honeymoon suite with Jacuzzi but water supply was horrible.i was cleaned my butt with tissue paper, I did complain about the same but no results. staffs are good but not efficient. I paid 30k for 3 days but moreover it was not worthy. Recommendations out of 5 only 2 just because of view. it was impressive

The food quality was excellent, the live music and bonfire at night were fantastic, and we will plan to return. It was an amazing stay at the "Snowflakes Resorts." Beautiful resort with all the required amenities. Well trained, compassionate staff. The food here was amazing. Try chicken salad and paneer tikka. It is just besides the river and the night view is superb. Live music starts at 7:30 pm daily and the vibe comes out to be mesmerizing. Must visit.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Don’t know how this hotel is rated as 4 star . Location: extremely far away from city . Service : worst service . Staff doesn’t respond to requests . Many services are missing from list provided . Room doesn’t even had water glasses , cups when we checked in . Bathroom were in bad condition. Worst part is food quality is very very bad . Even roadside eateries provide good food . Absolutely waste of money to stay in this resort .

I visited SF - Manāli in Jan 2023 and I should say I am more than satisfied with their service. The location is just fantastic beside a majestic and picturesque mountain with the Beas river flowing right below it. SF is at its banks and that experience was just out of the world! We booked a honeymoon jacuzzi room - the room has glass doors two sides which gives you a panoramic view of the mountains from your bed. Waking up to this view is something words can’t express. The rooms had all basic amenities and was well maintained. The room also has a jacuzzi aptly positioned facing the mountain. Talking about the hotel in general - the staff were very courteous and responds to all our issues in a jiffy. The restaurant serves Chinese, local speciality, South Indian and continenta food. We tried different cuisines and unlike other hotels of same genera the food was simply awesome. The Bar was a small cozy place with wood paneling all around with a small open rooftop extension for hookah- the extension also is designed to face the mountains. Main attractions like Manāli Mall Road, Tibetan monastery, Hadimba temple are all 15 minutes away and is well connected with taxis. Rent a bike services are also available in nearby locations. Will definitely book again and will definitely recommend.

Location is good But u will find such Location in most of the manali hotel in reasonable price just ask for vally view rooms with balcony You have to pay Rs 1000 for pickup and drop at mall road for extra hour extra charges

It is the most excellent hotel i have been to in ages. The food is perfect. The location is fantastic and the staff are just wonderful. They have all amenities, including live music that was excellent as well. I loved my stay. Highly recommended.

Location by itself is wonderful. Hygiene conditions and food were damn. A lot of people vomited or had diarrhea. The staff does not understand English well enough. Requests must be repeated several times. The owner was feathering his nest on our expenses, and prices rose 4x times prior to our arrival. This is the way of doing business? If you want a pleasant and undisturbed stay, definitely book another hotel.

Wasn't as Clean as it could have been BUT, the views were spectacular, the staff were helpful regardless of which time we asked for. And overall the location is in between most of the places you'd want to go in Manali.

Very beautiful and nice view. Food at dining was very nice. We had beautiful stay of 3 nights from 24th Dec to 27th Dec and had a great Christmas eve with live DJ, bonfire and some great food and people around. My wife and kids enjoyed a lot. Mr. Bharat and Mr. Nakul - managed every nicely. The support staff in the hotel and even at the kitchen, dining were humble and polite. We did our booking through Mr. Ajinkya - Akbar travels Overall Very good experience

Very nice resort, rooms were cosy and very spacious. Food was delicious. There was daily live music plus bon fire at night which made it extra special.

My stay here for 4 days 29th Oct - 2nd Nov was very pleasant. What I liked the most about this resort is the staff. Aaradhana and Ajit at the reception are very helpful and courteous. Always smiling and assuring. Nikita and Hakam Chand served breakfast with smiling faces. Though breakfast spread is limited but food is tasty.

The serene ambience, the cozy rooms with hospitality at its best, Snowflakes resort provides the best of its facilitates for a pleasant stay amidst the mighty mountains. It is the best place to find solace. The resort provides spacious parking, comfortable rooms, and food that you'll definitely relish. I had an amazing stay at the resort and I highly recommend Snowflakes!!

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, neat and clean. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant with live music and bonfire in the night. The food was very tasty. Special thanks to @Nikita for great service at restaurant. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and available all the time.

This place is just wow! Just wow! I can't get enough of this place since I had come from Manali. The first look outside the terrace was breathtaking. Like I was someone who hadn't been to mountains even once and the view outside this resort gave me such a marvelous vibe. This resort is amazing to stay with family or with your spouse. They have in room services for 24hrs and you can even have tea or coffee in th evening paying additional charges. The service is just amazing, the staff is super cooperative and polite. They'll cater to all your problems and queries. And the best part was that during the dinner they had a born fire session with live music in the open terrace and one can feel that cool breeze and that warmth of the bonfire at the same time and then the music going with it. Omg, it was super super amazing. I'll surely visit and stay here again when I'll go Manali. You must also stay here. You'll not regret for even once after staying here. You must live here once guysssss🤩😇🥰

Visited on 9th May for 2 nights. We booked 3 rooms. It's a good place to stay. Kids play area is also good. Food is good but they must need to add variety in buffet breakfast. Also live music will start in the evening appx 7.30 to 10.30 pm and dinner will be served till 10.30pm. For Outside liquor they charged 1000Rs for a bottle. No Bonfire was there.

I was here in September 2022. Few items in Buffet can be improved like fresh juice insted of package juice. But it can be ignored considering there quality service and rooms. All food items were good. I had great experience with family.

Stayed here for 1 night 3 guests Suite room Weekend in May 2022 Checked in pretty late at around 8pm in the evening. The suite room was simply amazing - it has a jacuzzi, a huge balcony to sit out and both of these with a superb view of the valley and the mountains. They also have a huge deck where the live singing happens on the weekends, and a bar just behind that. There's a small lawn just outside the reception and adequate parking space too. Room service - food taste and portion size were both good. And reasonably priced too. Cons: Buffet breakfast was a major let-down. The bathroom drain got clogged badly and it took forever to get cleared.
