Clerk was on a personal phone call when I walked in to pick up my pizzas and stayed on the call. Several minutes later the other help from the back of the shop finally saw me waiting and came out and got my pizzas which were on a rack in front. The front of store person was still on her call when I left. Can't believe management allows that behavior

We love the pizza here, the cookie dough, etc! The staff are always nice and helpful. The service is fast. They have a drive thru window for picking up orders placed in advanced. This makes it easier, especially if you have little ones in the car with you.

Called in an order - all good. Arrived to pickup order, lady behind the counter acted like i was making her go out of her way to give me my pizza's. Then during the payment process it flashed right through the tip part so when I checked my reciept, it had added on a tip. When I said something to the counter person that I did not authorize that tip, it was like I was stealing it from her. She got "huffy" when I made her take the tip off. Then she wouldn't give me a copy of the refund receipt, just a piece of paper saying refund issued. I go to this place quite alot and that had to be the worst experience I have ever had from that store. Pizza was on par. Update: stopped for a pizza everything was great. Had to wait for a minute but it was ok. To owner.....I did fill out the survey. It's a joke as most are because they word them so you can't really say how good or bad any one thing is. They use words like overall and during this visit. You don't want to give the whole place a bad rap just because of one person.

Called ahead when coming in from Seattle. Was told thirty minutes, arrived 35 minutes later pizza hadn’t even been started. Super disappointed with the process. Additionally the lady behind the counter was unfriendly

A good, reliable, "pick up something on the way home" place. It's pizza and, unlike delivery, it's on your schedule, and you decide when it's going to be ready. Unlike pickup, once again, you decide when it's ready. I am very good at making my own dough in the tradional Italian way, I so I kinda know the good stuff. This crust, especially the thin crust version is good enough. Unless you are careless or enjoy eating carbonized leather, the baking part is pretty easy. CONS: For this outlet only. Getting in and out of there, depending on your direction can be pretty thrilling! Also: Papa Murphy's doesn't charge extra for thin crust, bu it does. Thin crust pizza uses less toppings and less dough the the regular style, but they charge us the same. Sly.

It was a good place. The pizza was good The service was all right.. and the price is ain't too bad. It was pretty good.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. It’s been great seeing some of the experienced staff training new staff. The pizza is great as always. Papa Murphy’s is always pretty consistently great!

Excellent customer service. I called even though their opening time wasnt for another 45 minutes. But I just happened to be by and could see they were in there prepping or getting their day started. They made my order and were very nice about it and it really made my morning. From call to picking up it only took 15 minutes and everyone working today was very nice, friendly, and welcoming.

The people were very pleasant and helpful. I had asked for extra sauce and they added it no problem. I'm going back and I hope I get the same people. Oh yeah, the pizza was very good.
