Place is good, i have visited en event there 2 days back, I'm giving 3 star's because Firstly There was not any sitting option on the reception. Atleast they should place a sofa or atleast 4-5 chairs there. The hall was over crowded, we had to stay outside the hall and had to take our meal while standing. Secondly the washrooms were non-Hygienic. Overall experience was average

Rood was very bad and dirty no hot water came in bathroom & can't lock toom from inside because lock was broken dirty bedsit pillow cover it was my very bad experience with this hotel will never stay here again👎👎👎👎👎

Unhygienic and not cleaned I think they don't have hk boy to clean the area pathetic experience.

Hotal city palace is situated in market of MKT. It's a good hotel with good staff and It has a Small part hall.

Compared to others hotels in muktsar. This one is reasonable, but have to compromise with service and old rooms. Location is ok, inside the city. Little suffering with trfic

This hotal is perfact to saty in shri muktsar sahib punjab. To good staf and manger nice guy.

There are clean rooms. There is also a lift. But room service is very useless. You have to speak many times for water. Do not give towels.
