We had such a bad experience here from start to finish. We booked based on it's high reviews and 5 star rating, which is not deserved by any means. The lock on bungalow 72 was broken on arrival, to be fair it was fixed by maintenance straight away. We were unhappy with the size of the bungalow and enquired about paying for a larger bungalow as they were available on their website, we were told that they were not available for us, even though they were available online, it was also visible that they had bigger empty bungalows available. We felt they did not want to cater to our needs. 3 days into our stay, the lock broke again, so we requested to be moved this time as we did not trust the lock. We were told it was okay to move into the bungalow next door. We packed up all our stuff and moved and unpacked again. We have 3 kids, so this took quite some time. When my husband went to reception to return the key for the other bungalow, we were told we had to move back into the one we just moved out of because they fixed the lock. My husband refused as we have a 2 year old and the lock had broken twice. The receptionist spoke with a colleague of hers, rolling her eyes and calling my husband an idiot. Idiot is a fairly universal word in any language, really disgusting, disgraceful customer service from this receptionist, her attitude was completely unacceptable. When my husband asked to speak to management, he was told it was not possible. We eventually were given another bungalow so had to move everything again. No apology given whatsoever. To make matters worse the bungalow we were told we could not stay in was idle for 2 more days! The final straw came on the 5th night, the noise at 1am was ridiculous, a man stark naked across from us urinating over the balcony. There was no security around to monitor this. Certainly not deserving of a 5 star family resort. We left 2 days early because of the whole experience, so disappointing and upsetting, completely ruined our holiday.

Camped for four night's. Very clean and well presented site.toilet blocks spotless with plenty of hot water and large showers. Staff very attentive and proffesional. Excellent pool area but could do with better disabled access to deeper pool area as I hate ladders needs to have a slope or easier steps. If you dont want to cook the on-site restaurant is okay but certainly not the best cooked food. Try the lamb shank on the bed of instant smash potato.not good. One issue if you are a light sleeper it can be very noisy at night due to a close by warehouse-factory and the traffic noise from the N332

We have just spent three nights at Alannia in our camper van with three children. What an absolutely great place. Such a homely feel with kids playing outside on their bikes and scooters, I am yet to find a place where I feel as comfortable as here to let the kids roam and play. The pool facilities are great, even our two year old enjoyed the kids pool area and was able to explore without us being stuck to her side 24/7 the pitches are perfect main water hook up on each pitch as well as electricity. Washing machines and tumble dryers easily accessible. Clean park. We ate at the restaurant one evening and it was merely okay so maybe prepare to cook your own food if staying. Good shop on site and great kids play area. Highly recommend for those travelling as a family.

We personally didn't like this place, however if you have kids then it would work well for you. Facilities were clean and the power of the shower was good. We had to pre book and when we arrived the place didn't look like the website. I would say that the staff are stressed and unhappy because they were not helpful and When I questioned the staff I was shouted at by reception. This is not good and in the UK it would not be tolerated, but in defence of the staff I believe their hands were tied by the management who were behind closed doors. Gym okay but equipment is tired. Spa was good, best thing about Campsite. We won't go back.

So a lot of people say this place is noisy we’ve had anything but that. And to be honest We really appreciate it that it’s quiet. The reason I don’t give five stars is not because of the facilities it’s not because of the staff and it’s not because of how attentive people are here because people are really accommodating and that’s actually really nice and we really appreciate that. Also the gym is amazing if that’s what you looking for. The problem for us is the food the food is terrible are both from the banquet which I would not recommend anybody to take and also the à la car food is not good it’s just premade reheated food. Luckily we had Bikes and we were able to go to different restaurants when we wanted to and obviously we cooked ourselves. The price is much better here overall for the plot and for everything compared to that of the resort and you’re right next to the beach I would really recommend this resort over the other one it’s a lot more family orientated if that’s what you’re looking for. I have added the pool and the plot we had just as reference.

I put a lovely review on the nite we arrived but later to decoder we got food undercooked .very expensive. Our Family had to move to another resort as families that moved in next to them were absolutely shocking. Shouting. Fighting and urinating outside .they had asked for upgrade as locks were broken and were willing to pay extra .I have removed my nice comments as ther holiday was cut short over all ..also a member of reception should get customer care induction ...I have worked in hospitality and owned a business never treated people in such a manner so please look into this ..we live in Spain an Ireland ..

After a week long holiday here i can say that we had a great time, this is a great place to visit with your Kids

Excellent but extremely expensive and almost impossible to book. An early reservation is recomended

The rooms need attention I don't like how ontop of each other you are. No privacy whatsoever. The bar you can't use cash only card which I thought was illegal. We paid full price to go yet the big pool wasn't avaliable to use all closed off the pool bar was closed. You had to get turns for the trampoline but half the time it was closed. Kids were bored as everything was just too busy. We did not enjoy it here one little bit we will stick to the catral one which we love.

Amazing experience. Really beautiful place with great facilities. Kids loved the entertainment area too. Lifeguards are friendly and staff are very kind. Place is beautiful and spotless. Only thing is there is nearly never any sun beds if you don’t get there early… gotta keep searching haha! Great experience for kids

Spent a lovely few days here Feb half term 2020. The first day was beautiful sun, the next days were warm ish but cloudy. Plenty on site for kids though, indoor pool and jacuzzi, play area indoor and out, colouring kids club, crazy golf, table tennis, trampolines, games room etc. The bungalow was a great size and well equipped for all our needs. Shop on site was handy and well stocked. We actually upgraded to full board and the food was absolutely amazing each meal! We will be returning

Great clean campsite with good security and not too far from the coast for those that like to sit on a beach.etc. Different size parcelas can be reserved depending on the size of your unit.Can be a little noisy when full especially on bank holidays and height of summer.

The jacuzzi wasn't working properly. On my second visit it hadn't been fixed.

Our kids loved it, however, the place needs some love, maybe it's because we where there our of season but still... The house we stayed in needs some renovation, the beds are good though. The swimmingpool area is great, it's very annoying that you have to pay to use the warm indoor pool..... The facilities are good need a little repair or new artificial grass here and there to make it topnotch. The reason for the 3 stars insted of 4 is the reason that it's stated as a 5 star hotel on Google, which I find it difficult to belive but the major factor is the food...... It's not worth eating.... Of the entire buffet only one or two dishes are good, the other seams like frozen food made in the microwave or heated in a oven.... By the way Monday all the food was cold.... Tastes of nothing.... A shame given that Spain offers so much great quality food locally grown.... So Alannia, we won't come again, before you fix the issues in the houses and that the food quality is raised to a level where it's made by humans and not microwaves. Hit me up when that's done and we would happily try it out again

We stayed for a 2 night break from Saturday to Monday in late September. We were told chalet would be available from 5pm. We got there early about 1pm - 1.30pm expecting to be delayed, but was told, chalet is ready! Fantastic start to holiday. A couple of nigglings with chalet at first but reception dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. Chalet was perfectly clean and comfortable. Had a walk round, had food in buffet restaurant, which was excellent. All food hot and soft drinks chilled! Perfect. Even catered for our son who is very fussy due to Autism! Sunday breakfast hot food was warm at best but still edible and tasty. Weather getting worse, so only managed short time in fantastic pool, shame we were not staying longer! Sunday evening buffet! Very disappointed! Not a great selection and not even warm! Must have been left overs from lunchtime. They must have known it was cold as they provided a microwave to reheat the food! I told one of the staff and he said he would inform the kitchen. Nothing else was said or done to remedy the cold food! Shame, as we had to pay extra for the buffet menu, and felt 'cheated' that one day food was excellent(5 star) and 24 hours later, food was less than 1star rating! If food was good on the Sunday, I would have awarded 5 stars plus!

Lovely place, one of the best campsites in Spain we've been to. The sanitation block's was spotlessly clean and a very tidy campsite. Bit of a walk for the beech and you really need cycles to go a bit further. Having said that I'd definitely visit again.

Great, family friendly site. Stayed in the glamping tents this time and thought they were great.

Very good campsite with nice large plots. Good facilities for children. Very good staff. Always pleased when food and refreshments cost no more than normal. Can be very noisy when busy, especially late at night. Enjoy.

Excellent facilities . Very clean . Great food and service . One criticism , one of our party struggled to get in to the pool . Walk in steps for the pool would be better . No fault of the site but quite noisey at night from nearby industrial estate .
