Zero rating for customer satisfaction. And an average rating for foods. The restrarent itself is cramped and its very difficult to see workers over the poorly stacked bakery items. Conjested food serving area. Billing is the biggest comedy.

We can't trust this people for food and service. For filthy and unhealthy food they got fine many times from food safety department. And for me I had bitter experience. On 13nth October 2023 I bought jilebi and ladoo from them. It was not good to smell or eat . Sometimes their attitude little bit arrogent towards customers those who book something online. For the healthy concern we should avoid three hotels from chengannur. This is the number one place where we should not trust for food and service

Very bad deals. They are not focusing on customer interest, i believe they prefer pure business with monetary benefits only. Parking the car is a nightmare here. No quality, limited quantity, higher price, bad attitude. Absolute dislike

Nice place for short eats like puffs and cake. Their meat puffs are particularly tasty but for those who don't want their food microwaved, please let your waiter not to nuke em!

I ordered their chicken biriyani, despite of the -ve reviews. It was tasty and soo much quantity of Rice & Masala in it. Got 2 big pieces of chicken also. They serve the biriyani along with salad and sweet dates pickle. The service and cleanliness was good and they have lot of snack options. Start from chicken puffs to sweet snacks like Ladoo, jalebi, birthday cakes as well. Pricing is a bit over the hood than other store's.

The worst mango-flavoured shake. & it cost ₹70 which is an absolute overdose of artificial flavour. When asked to parcel it, they demanded an extra ₹10. Again! Already I lost my ₹70,……….😐😞😞

Went to Chennganur branch. Food quality is really good. They need to do better job of honouring customer orders . You can't just say sorry it is closing time.

Amazing shop in chengannur . Super quality foods . Tasty foods . Their Mushroom roll and paneer roll are very tasty . They have a great srvice. Their staffs are nice too. Well done team 👏👏👏

The Old Thomsons Bakers was really very good . But from the moment they changed their logo and everything it's been a complete let down . Their inside seating arrangement is really not upto the mark and the inside the restaurant is quite unclean as well. Food too is just quite average only .

seems fair from outside. but it has the dirtiest cups and glasses, don’t provide disposable cups. the filthiest place in kerala, I felt nauseating for 2 days after having a tea from there.

They are serving Very bad,unhealthy and expired food. We bought some sweets from there, that has very horrible taste ... This is not the first experience we had too many before...

Worst bakery....they don't accept their mistakes whereas they instead put the blame on the customers.The staffs behave like they own the place and consider us like we are the ones serving them.A cookie box fell down while handing over to the staff,the staff was not able to catch the box standing behind the glass and they put the cookies back to box from floor and gave us the same box.Their staff wasn't able to catch it on time but the blame is on us.The man standing there told we can't replace and took the money from us and we refused the box and they kept the box of cookies back for sale.worst experience ever.The small bakeries have much better customer service than the ones in the branded THOMSON.

Bad experience by purchasing birthday cake from their shop. We received good experience last year that's why purchase from here, but this time we don't belive this is the fresh one and quality is very bad.

Sorry to say i had an unpleasent experience at your store. On my ride back i stopped by your store for a quick snack. But the security didnt allowed me to park my motorcycle inside the premises there was a lot of space available, still he didnt allowed. So i left the place.

Parking needs to upgraded. It's tough getting a parking spot if u want to go into the shop

Great tasty food. But, most of the time, you won't get parking space. Only 2 cars can be parked at a time.

The quality of food provided here is 'not bad' but I don't think there is a standard now that it used to be. Adding too much water to fresh juice is a bad thing. The customer service is average.

Thomson Bakers had a very great name and had high standards in the past. But at present they are not reaching the level they once held in the past. Food tastes ok and other items are average and some seams overpriced. Parking Space is a big worry. It's not a very bad experience but comparatively they have gone down the graph concerning their standards.

Restaurant Menu was limited (at 8p.m). I think they mainly concentrate on Bakery and Cafe related stuff in this branch. Quality food was good.

Nice selection of items but poor service. I live abroad and miss Kerala snacks, and ended up at this shop. I bought Halwa, and requested for proper packing on which I person at the shop asked me to tape it at home. I spoke to the manager who gave me unsolicited advise on packing food items in the luggage, rather than speaking to his staff. In the end they did pack the items after my insistence. Shame that the service is a letdown in otherwise decent selection of items in the shop. Business who do not take care of customers eventually decline, and I hope the proprietors take note.

It's not only from my experience bút also from their unhealthy food and service they got fine and warning from food and safety department. This people don't have any responsibility towards customers

Worst experience...... Unhealthy food.. Yesterday we purchased jilebi and laddoo from chengannur outlet. It has unpleasent smell and taste.. We informed to outlet and they changed the product and replaced it. But with the same product, which taste and smell unpleasant... Very bad experience for us..
