Good place to buy diamond jewelry in low range with starting price of earrings at around Rs 28000, do ask for any discounts going on and offer on any of your cards while making payment to get additional discount.

A horrible experience! This was my first order with caratlane and I can say, road side goldsmiths are way more professional and cleaner than Caratlane. Ordered an article online, with store pick up. The store staff delivered the wrong product and to my surprize they delivered wrong product in 30 minutes of process. After few days, I was approached via phone and the staff visited my place (could have been imposters with caratlane badges) to return the article back!!! The issue was sited to customer care team and they asked me to keep the product and I will be given appropriate invoice for the article I have. To surprise, the article I have is lower value than what I ordered and I was not refunded the balance amount! The case was highlighted in consumer forum and it was exclaimed that caratlane replied me. However there is difference in value. This will be followed up! I am not leaving a single penny with company / store. Honest advice, do not shop here!

I came here to purchase one item but ended up buying 3, all thanks to NITIN who went above and beyond. He even waited after his shift to assist me, he helped me out in deciding the right product with excellent suggestions. I really hope he gets compensated for staying late hours after shift. He even was waiting outside the store late evening just so I would board the cab safely. Thank you NITIN. I was introduced to this branch by DEEPAK who is also an amazing associate. Love how sweet and patient the staff is. Company should really realize that their real gems aren’t in showcases but in their staff. I have visited the shop today to buy some gold items. The designs showcased were very mesmerizing and service of the staff named Ms. Tina & Ms. Sangeeta was quite impressive. I suggest a must visit to the shop if u want to explore some new designs.
