    There are many historical temples in and around this place and one such a temple is this Sri Purana Prasidda Someshwara Temple. On 4th October 1768 AD, the first Mysore - Anglo war was held  in this place.

    Very nice temple. If you pass through mulbagal, have a visit. it's hardly 300m from main road. Needs proper maintenance. Hoarding/name board should be big enough to direct towards temple. If developed it becomes one of the best shiva temple in kolar district.

    It is goid visit of shiva Temple. Still u need Toilet and water facilities for public visit the Temple.
