I visited the Australian skin clinic at Westfield knox on the 8 Jan 2022 around 2.30pm to buy a product (Balense brightening serum). I picked up the product off the shelf and waited for the staff member (that wore the name tag Maddison) at the front desk to assist me with my purchase. While I waited at the counter, she didn’t bother to acknowledge me or serve me. I believe she was too busy on the phone with the office discussing roster matters. The least she could have done was acknowledge me and request me to wait, if her phone call was more important than a sale. I waited more than 10 minutes to buy a product and left without making the purchase. I am a regular and happy customer at the Australia skin clinic in Eastland and have never experienced such unprofessional service. Clearly the staff member wasn’t interested in the customer! Never visiting again, even to buy a product let alone a treatment! Franchise owners need to get rid of such staff that ruins the brand & outlet reputation and recruit staff who understand their responsibilities.

I've had a number of different injectables done with Julie, being anti wrinkles and dermal fillers.. Julie does a wonderful job and she also goes out of her way to explain the procedure to you. She's also super gentle. She is happy to answer any questions you have regarding any services they offer, So if you are unsure if a certain procedure is the right option for you Julie will be able to give her opinion on if that's something you need or any alternatives you should consider.. otherwise you can't go wrong if you go to knox city australian skin clinics because the staff there are excellent to go see as they are really polite and make you feel comfortable and relaxed.. and if you keep your eyes open, they have some amazing deals and packages throughout the year, so try and snatch your self up a bargain.. you won't regret it... best place ever... BIG THANKS TO JULIE FOR BRINGING BACK MY CONFIDENCE... X

Last years I worked at knox and i paid off my laser treatment to skin clinic knox but after 6 sessions found them so hard to book every time I called but no answer or call back even i went to my third appointment and the shop was closed i shocked as I coming far away on my day off but i waited till I find out only one person working and she goes at lunch so i left. Last time everyone were new so after my session they couldn’t book me for next appointment and they said they would call me back even they couldn’t use my point as I had only 30 days to use them and they never answered or called me back. Other than that i had tyla for my skin care and treatment and the day I had an appointment she didn’t showed up at work and i felt so annoyed to drive one hour on my day off . Very disappointing experience and waisted time and money so I don’t know what happened to the rest of my treatment as I don’t want to go back there anymore. How it’s work if they give me vouchers or refund the rest ? But anyway I would staying away from Australian skin clinic knox city

Terrible customer service. Rude, pushy staff that constantly try to up sell. Results where bad. Also refused to provide records (legally they’re medical records and must provide them) and despite complaints refused until I made an official complaint. Better clinics in Knox to go to. Avoid!

This clinic is so great! I highly recommend Tatyana for laser hair removal. The staff here are knowledgable, well-trained, professional and clearly value hygiene and maintaining dignity. I always appreciate the reminder call of my appointments 2 days in advance and the prices are always competitive, especially as they allow a student discount and often have great specials.

The clinic has been great. I came in due to a big break out in acne. The girls really helped reduce the pimples and scarring that occured. Highly recommend for anyone with similar conditions.

Absolutley amazing service from all the girls at Australian Skin Clinics Knox! In particular Tayla (Cosmetic nurse) wouldn't trust anyone else with my botox and filler! Very conservative and aims for natural results! Knowledgeable and always makes me feel at ease!

Always happy with the technicians, reception always nice, happy with the procedure, nice and quick to fit in a work break, and the price is fine (especially when they have special deal prices). i have been having laser now for a long while i happened to change clinics due to moving locations. i was BLOWN away buy the professionalism of this clinic and how the staff where cautious and knowledgable - and prepped you for the laser with total confidence and proper procedure. I had been attending a major competitor for a long time and now will not return, i actually cannot get over the difference in service and staff training in this clinic. I botoxed 2 weeks ago in this centre. I had a massive pain after the injection for a couple of days in my forehead a few days after the injection. I went to my gp and I was just told that it's been infected. I went back to the centre to explain what has happened and they refused to hear me out. Just watch out to make sure what they use is streriled and botox they use is not expired and is kept in the fridge. The most they did was that told me it might be an internal bruise! I will be reporting them to the local council. I have been using botox for 3 years and never such thing happenee in the past.

I am very upset with the service I received! After spending $750 on a package deal back in 2017 for laser, I had two sessions before I fell pregnant. I was assured my remaining sessions would have no expiry date on them due to pregnancy/breastfeeding as laser is not recommended with either condition. I went to the clinic in 2020 to touch base and make sure my sessions were still there and valid, the lady I spoke to assured me they were and as I was still breastfeeding my daughter she didn’t recommend I get laser until I was done. I then fell pregnant with my second daughter and am currently breastfeeding her now also. Again just recently I went in to check if my sessions were still valid and was hoping to schedule an appointment for after I had finished breastfeeding, the lady I spoke to told me there was no record of my sessions and that the clinic had changed owners in 2019. There was, however, a note that I had come into the clinic in 2020, but she said it said nothing about extending my expiry. So that was $750 down the drain and I am most upset, especially since I was checking in and planing to come back in the near future to finish my sessions. I do not recommend!!!!!

Unfortunately I had pre-paid 6 session with this Australian skin clinic at knox Westfield which you have to use within 6 months. This franchise is under very poor management and communication with clients. Their machine was not working and they did not inform the client. I got very sharp sting due to their machine fault. No communication was done beforehand to inform that in case if client would like to reschedule the booking as their machine is not working. I had to leave the work to get the so called very busy clinic’s appointments done and then had to reschedule just because of their lack of communication. Somehow I managed to get re-scheduled appointment after 3 weeks and then 1 day before the staff called me to reschedule again just because they only have 1 technician and she was fully booked. This clinic is just rip off. They should consider before calling clients that they have not got the session done for 2 months and still asking to reschedule again and again. Even though they have the condition of finish 6 sessions within 6 months . Again this is poor management of keeping the condition and not giving appointments to customers within the timeframe. If you are new customer highly recommended not to go with this clinic. There are plenty other clinics with better service providers. Unfortunately because of all the delays I am not even happy with the results as well and now I have to fight for refunds. If you are still a customer I would suggest to go to Arya. She is one of the good one.

Management are rude, especially Patty at the front desk. The customer service representatives are dictated to by the Brisbane office and are mere puppets at their whim. ASC are very quick to take your money especially for deposits, but as soon as there is a problem or you request a refund they want nothing to do with you because they are “there to make money.” This is what I was told by management so I promptly decided not to go ahead and signed up with Australia Laser Clinics instead and have been looked after by the other clinic tremendously. This is a very badly run company, they don’t care about their customers and they are losing them at a fast rate. Avoid at all costs.

Had a laser appointment today with a new technician. Her name is Arya. She was so lovely. She was extremely thorough and asked me lots of questions to best give me the service I required. Her knowledge and skills were amazing. Would highly recommend Arya. Thankyou Arya

I usually got to the Eastland clinic to get my treatments done. However, the last three times I’ve tried to visit the Knox clinic within opening hours to purchase skin care products, they’ve had their doors closed and unable to have someone staff their reception desk. I understand employment shortages. However, having doors closed for the last three visits isn’t helpful.

Clean, professional service and no hard sell. Am pleased to go back again for further treatments. Therapist Sol is very professional and knowledgeable.

I went there couple of times now with my mum. We always come home with positive and happy results all thanks to Julie! Shes the one you should go to, so kind and approachable explaining things so thoroughly with every treatment. She will always follow up to check how we’re feeling, and if we’re happy with the result. I had my lips done by Danielle a few months ago, I just wanted to leave a review better late then never but I couldn't recommend her anymore! She was extremely welcoming and made the process really easy to understand as this was my first cosmetic injection! She was gentle and calming making something I was a little nervous for feel so easy. I had a scar on my lip that caused my cupitsbow to look a little loop side but she was able to correct that with ease leaving me feeling like I had the perfect lips! I can't wait to come back and see her again!

Received a phone call from Christine yesterday saying I was not able to go to my appointment when I had already received an email confirmation. No proper explanation was given, therefore I requested to speak to the manger Soul and was told she would call back. I received no phone call from the manager. After this frustrating experience, I sent an email to reception asking them to refund my deposit via PayID and heard nothing back. If this is how Australian Skin Clinics treat their valued customers they don’t deserve to be in business. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for some answers and my deposit to be refunded! Very poor customer service!

I had a free consultation before starting any treatment to decide what things were needed to be addressed and the best possible treatment to approach these. My treatment was mainly on acne, and so far, it has done what it is intended to do along with the suggested products to use on my skin. The staff is very approachable, they update you with promotions, you can easily book an appointment with them, and they also call you before or on the day of your appointment to remind you of it.

Avoid this place at all costs! Bought 6x laser hair removal in February. Booked an appointment for the treatment and as a new customer. Arrived at the clinic to start the treatment with Arya, went to the room and without going thru the introduction/ examination…She mentioned that she could not go ahead with my treatment today because her schedule is back to back. And she will not have time. Shocked I mentioned that I booked few weeks ahead and planned not to work that day and they could have just rang me not to come in or reschedule. She then made a quick look on my underarms and said, nope can’t do it because you didn’t shave bits here even after I’ve shaved the night before. I was not happy and mentioned I wanted to speak to someone else. Christine came in and I told her that Arya had already made up her mind not to proceed even before assessing me. Arya then proceeded to change her story and said it was a misunderstanding. She then proceeded with a 5 minute treatment after christine had convinced her. Would not come back again, and it felt so unprofessional and people like this should not have a job in retail. Left my name and number for the manager Sol to call back but haven’t heard since. Please give me my money back. If you can avoid this place, please avoid at all costs. Elaine

Tatiana the best secret every girl needs is a miracle worker. Highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable about treatment and products there is good reason she is always booked well in advance!. As a healthcare professional myself the level of clinical hygiene here is surgical which is a must for procedures. All the women who work here are excellent for the huge array of treatments Knox provides. The first and still the best around. Will have to wait longer for Tatiana now but she deserves highest praise!

Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the last 2 days. I arrived for my appointment just to be told that because my sessions were purchased at the Chadstone Australian skin clinics they couldn't treat me at Knox without paying out of pocket. Why wasnt I told when I made the booking? Especially when I specifically mentioned that I wanted to use my pre-purchased session. Total waste of time and petrol.

Exceptional clinic, I cannot recommend Jessica Korostenski highly enough. Jess is exceptional at fillers and anti wrinkle injections. I feel very special after each visit as Jess has always goes far and beyond for her clients needs and I am very thankful and very grateful for her time and service. If I could give more stars for Jess it would easily be a 10/10!

Very disappointed with my first visit to this clinic, will not be recommending this clinic for fillers. Staff was friendly but wouldn't correct their mistake, wanted to charge me extra $600 to fix it.

Honestly the best, I drive so far just to come here. I get Jolene to do my injections and she has made me look so incredible, clean, and not overdone. The best way to describe how I look now is "clean". I have had awful experiences in the past but Jolene is amazing.

I had my first visit today with Tayla for some injectables. Tayla is extremely knowledgeable and professional and you can see she has a passion for what she does! I live in Sydney and will be coming to see her from now on for my appointments. She is a great asset to the industry!

As B2B client of Australia Skin Clinics Knox City it is indeed refreshing to deal with a business that values it’s staff so highly. Ray goes above and beyond the call of duty in providing a Fair and Safe working environment for his employees. They are an employer of choice in their industry and pleasure to do business with.

It has made me very disappointed to learn that because I needed to cancel my appointment within 24 hours of my treatment that I will lose my deposit of $50. It doesnt matter than you are loyal on going customer. I am so upset that this company has a policy like this. Too bad if I had an emergency that made me unable to attend. Lets just penalise the customer and call that excellent customer service. I'm am not sure I will be back. Really disgusted.

I have a spotty back and I went for a consultation and Selma said this amazing thing which everyone needs to hear. She was like are you excited for treatments and I said I can’t wait to start wearing backless clothes again that’s why I need this treatment and she said oh sweety you can totally wear backless even now there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. I had a terrible experience with Catherine, the nurse that does injectables. She was too arrogant to try and find solutions to what she's done to my lips. They turned out lumpy, completely uneven (left and right), bruised half of my face black for a week, and she was trying to make me laugh with some stupid irrelevant jokes. In the end she said - "every one stuffs up a job once in a while, don't they" not sure if it was meant to be an apology or not(??) Offering to refund my money would have been a lot more appropriate to avoid receiving this review. Lesson learned.

Catherine that does injectables is horrible. She seems out of it and not willing to put in the time and effort for good results. Young Jess with the green eyes and pink lipstick is so good and is thorough I always walk out feeling okay when injected by her. Also the Laser didnt work well after 6 treatments that cost $1300 all up and hurt so bad towards the end, I mentioned how upset I was at the lack of how it worked and was clearly aware of different results on people but wasnt given any extra assistance or session from all the money I have spent over the time I go. The staff have no customer service or empathy and I felt like another number in line at the slaughter house. In saying that the only one good for laser is the other Jess, blonde hair pink lipstick and slightly voluptious but is so great at it and talks me through it. If it wasnt for the cheap prices & close location I wouldnt go back. Heck if they gave up the price match, that would be it for me. Too bad the 10% price beat doesnt include injectables anymore! Its getting worse and worse. Time to think of your customers and less about price cuts and hiring any joe blow without skills & personality.

Always a good experience here. All the staff members are friendly and welcoming and the laser work is of a high standard. By the 6th apointment I had barely any hair growth for almost 6 weeks! When I was in the last time there was a girl coming to complain about some pain she had post laser. They took the time to listen and made sure she saw someone straight away. They gave her an ice pack and some sort of numbing cream, and she left thoroughly relieved. I was very impressed Unlinke a lot of places Australian Skin Clinics don't lower the laser intensity every few times to keep you coming back. I have dsrk skin and dark hair and couldn't be happier that it's worked for me!

I have had a really bad experience at this clinic. The staff are inconsistent with what they deem as 'Treatable'. Also extremely inflexible, i was going on holidays for 5 weeks on the day my 4 weeks for laser was coming up and the girl would not let me book in one day earlier in the afternoon rather than the next morning. Has honestly been such a battle going there and if I hadn't pre-payed 6 sessions like they trick you into doing so you can get it cheaper I wouldn't be going back.

I have seen Daniella at this clinic and could not recommend her enough! I have had lip filler and a flip done by Daniella and she has made me feel so confident and beautiful. She is so gentle and takes so much pride and care in her work in a very professional manner. I feel so comfortable with her, I travel almost an hour to see her and won’t go anywhere else!
